Pros:

I had to arrive early to pick up the key, and they were very helpful with that. Very good value for the price, great location, safe, comfortable, great breakfast. Will recommend and will come again.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit...die Lage sehr gut mit hauseigenem Parkplatz ...

Cons:

Das Zimmer war alt und abgewohnt...das Bad leider sehr eng und leider auch nicht sauber...insbesondere die Dusche und Duschtüre...Frühstück in Ordnung alkrtdings wurde ab 9 30 Uhr nicht mehr aufgefüllt...hier die Brötchen

Buona posizione, colazione nella norma sia dolce che salata. Assenza completa di comunicazione con la reception . Al nostro arrivo (h.18) sembrava tutto spento ed un signore molto scortese non ha smesso di parlare in Indiano al telefono mentre ci consegnava le chiavi senza nessuna spiegazione. Anche durante la colazione non era presente nessuno in sala per spiegare come funziona.Camera pulita e confortevole ma non tornerei

Jederzeit würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Für mich war vor allem die Lage - für Besuche im Varisano (Krankenhaus Bad Soden) nur 10 Minuten Fußweg - ideal.
Die Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit war ausgesprochen gut; das Frühstück hervorragend.

Cons:

Sehr schade, dass es kein Restaurant mehr im Thermen Hotel gibt.

Freundliches Personal, Lage,

Cons:

Bad in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche mit Schimmel und Duschvorhang, Wassersteuerung mit Schieberegler schwer zu bedienen. Dusche keine Höheverstellbarkeit. Toilette und Waschtisch sehr tief. Tür an der Unterseite aufgeweicht und aufgeplatzt.

Pros:

Ruime kamer, goede bedden. Kamer was netjes en schoon. Omgeving was stil
Lekker ontbijt, ruime keuze en verse broodjes. Dame bij het ontbijt was zeer beleefd.

Cons:

Er was niemand bij de receptie om in te checken, kaartje van de kamer lag op de balie. Verder was er ook niemand in het hotel aanwezig, vreemde gewaarwording.
Douche was koud, aangezien er niemand was konden we hier ook niet naar vragen.
