Pros:

Hotel con un personal muy amable y agradable, sobre todo el personal encargado del restaurante. Un hotel antiguo, señorial, pero bien cuidado.

El trato del personal.

Cons:

Está cuidado y agradable. La habitación muy amplia, pero si se lleva equipaje para varios dias se necesitan mas cajones. Al ser un poco antiguo hay desperfectos en el baño que son mas estéticos que funcionales y no tiene bidé. No discuto el precio pero creo que tres estrellas es mas acorde. Un poco caro el minibar.

Pros:

Room was very nice very clean, breakfast was good, drinks at the hotel were very reasonability price. Staff were lovely & helped us phone the airport when my husbands case didn't arrived, they arranged to have it delivered to the hotel :). They also advised us how to get to the centre of Madrid by bus which cost us 1.50 euro instead of 25 Euro by Taxi.

Cons:

The room had no view, just an ivy covered wall

Fint hotel tæt på det jeg havde brug for.
Pros:

Der var en rigtig god atmosfære. Helt stille og lidt adeligt.

Cons:

Jeg havde svært ved at indstille aircon'en. Uagtet jeg satte den på 22°C, så var det varmt om natten. Dog ikke varmere end at jeg sov godt.

Un Hotel precioso en una buena ubicación. Todo muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. El personal tanto de recepción como del restaurante, muy atentos y profesionales.
