Tekrar gelmeyeceğim bir otel oldu. İlgisizler, oda gürültülü ve soğuk(Ekim ayı). Sadece yerel halka hizmet için var, uluslararası standartlarda bir hizmet yaklaşımı beklemeyin.
İlk gece çarşafta toz ve kir vardı değiştirmeleri için aradım ancak sabahı bekleyin dediler, kızıp ısrar edince biri odaya geldi ve değiştirdi.
Oda soğuktu ısıtıcı çalışmadı hasta oldum.
Otele gelmeden önce sorum vardı, emailime ve mesajıma kimse cevap vermedi, sadece telefona yanıt veriyorlar. Checkin sırasında bunu aktardığımda da ilgilenmediler. Sabah kahvaltı hazırlığı kokuları ve sesleri odaya geliyor, rahatsız ediyor. Otel ile ilgili sorun yaşarsanız ilgi, alaka veya jest beklemeyin.
Zaten checkout sırasında memnun kaldınız mı diyen de olmadı.

Hotel bonito, tranquilo, en buen barrio, con una preciosa sala de estar, habitación amplia, luminosa y tranquila, todo lo necesario para prepararse un café en ella y camas muy cómodas. Atención excepcional, comida excelente allí mismo en grato ambiente. Supermercado y estación de metro con solo cruzar la calle, una iglesia al lado. Excelente relación de calidad /precio. Qué más se podría pedir para gozar de una grata y distendida estancia?

Un gran hotel clásico
Pros:

La comida deliciosa, el ambiente muy agradable, tranquilo. Cerca del hotel hay buenos restaurantes, una tienda grande de grandes superficies, así que si olvidaste algo o necesitas comprar algo es muy fácil. El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar. Y de la habitación me encantó que tiene tina, así que realmente un espacio para relajarse.
