LLegando tarde a cualquier ciudad nunca es facil. La llegada a las 2:00 am al hotel la recepcion fue buena y la habitacion perfecta para mis necesidades del momento.

I wanted airport pickup as it was one of the amenities advertised. I could not get hold of the hotel on the phone and when I finally did no one spoke English. I enlisted the help of hotels.com to contact them. Still no progress. There was no one waiting for me. I took a cab and the driver had an extremely hard time finding the place. He had his GPS on but there was no sign in front of the hotel. He had to go round and round and I had to pay more for the trip.

The place is very clean. Close to airport, bus station, restaurants, shops. The host is very nice and accommodating.

Overall had a good experience. There was a night club playing loud music all night, that was a negative. Room didn't seem to be very sound isolated. Also, cleanliness was not good.

It was very very very old. The linens were awful. The TV was nice. The bathroom was very very small. Shower was awful. Balcony would not open. It was quiet area. The owner was nice. It was one of the worst places I have stayed.

The owners were very helpful and tried to make our stay nice. The place was clean even though very old. We really appreciated that someone spoke English because our Spanish is not good enough yet! We feel as though this would be a great place to stay on a budget. We used the hotels shuttle service which made things much easier when we arrived. I would recommend doing that to find the place because it is very hard to find. It just looks like a house. Breakfast was okay but don't expect real coffee in the am, it is instant! Overall an okay place!

I have no complaints about the accommodations or anything related to the stay at the hotel itself. But it would not be an exaggeration to say that nobody, and I do mean NOBODY, knew where this place was or how to get to it. Normally, give a taxi driver an address in Guayaquil, and he is all set. In Goya's case, I used the taxi services that the RECEPTIONIST recommended, and even with guidance over the phone, taxi drivers couldn't find the hotel. Coming or going.

The night I stayed, my son and I decided to go to Mall de Sol to get some dinner and see a movie. We hired a driver to get back to Goya's, which is 5 minutes away if you know what you're doing. After running around for 15 minutes and with the assistance of Goya's receptionist on the phone, the driver still could not find the place and he ended up dumping us at Sheraton's. "I give up. Find another taxi, please."

This is the first and only time this has happened to me in my 60 years.

Great host staff, all were very helpful.

Room was nice and big air conditioning was great. We had satellite TV which was a plus most channels were in Spanish it's cool I speak it fluently. Staff of the House were very friendly.

This hotel was very comfortable, decorated with lots of beautiful and antique furniture.We stayed here because it was relatively close to the airport. They have taxi service available as well.The BIG problem was the taxi was unable to find the hotel without asking several different people where it was. We circled around and around before actually locating it. Now that I know just where it is I would stay there again

Excellent site, is a big house with beautiful decoration, great attention, near to airport and the Mall del Sol. You can feel like in your home. Only has a problem: the address to locate it, the people around there don't know the address, is incredible, assure you have the correct hotel phone for instructions. But I recommend you this place.

It was a good experience to stay at this Hostel again. I upgraded my room for not too much money. Again the attention from Janet was very nice. The breakfast is included and it has good quality according to the price you pay. It is prepared fresh for you minutes before by Janet. The Hostel is located very close to the airport and the Bus Terminal. A taxi could be three dollars to those locations. The Sun Mall is at a walking distance less than 10 minutes. Prices are high there, be careful. There are lot of places to eat around at walking distances. You can take a taxi to the City Center for five dollars. I would recommend this Hostel to anyone. There is wifi in all areas ready for you with good connection.

The hotel is located very close to the J. J. Olmedo Airport. You can take a taxi for 2 dollars to reach the hotel. For your security, the hotel offer a service of shuttle with a person waiting for you for 5 dollars, very convenience. Janett is in charge of every thing in the hotel and always says yes to whatever you may need and solve the problem or provide you with what you need. The breakfast has good quality and it is completely acceptable to start the day. It is included with the room price you pay in Expedia. Once you book your room, you will receive an email from the hotel telling you that they are aware of your reservation and if you need anything. It is a safe area in Guayaquil and the hotel itself is safe.

Great quiet place to stay with home feel to it and friendly staff. Newly renovated and some good places to eat nearby
