The location as it was on the marina: but was about a 15min walk to the centre.
Hotel wasn’t cleaned very well. Dirty floors, apartments need renovating as looking a bit worn, bathrooms rusty, shower pressure wasn’t very good, salty water, air con isn’t great. Restaurant isn’t the best, standard buffet, we ate out. Snack bar was ok if spending the day at the pool. French/German had different colour wristbands and entertainment/night entertainment was targeted for them rather than everybody else.

Zimmer war nicht sauber geputzt, Essen gibs jeden Tag das gleiche keine Abwechslung, Essen leider kalt, Nix für Kinder ! Die Wurst am Frühstücks Buffet könnte besser sein, alles so dick geschnitten ,
If you want mouldy bathrooms and really tasteless food (ok breakfast but terrible lunch and dinner, didn’t get sick though), this is the place for you. The port is beautiful and quiet, so the location is good. Also okey swimming pools. Spacious rooms with no charm. We traveled with to kids (9 months and 2,5 years) and felt safe but would never book this hotel again.
Not clean, very high humidity, staff not friendly at reception (housekeepers and chefs were friendly). Very worn down interior despite being newly renovated. Please clean all walls, tiles, toilets and sink properly and upgrade your food!
L'espace piscine est très propre et très agréable, snacking à disposition presque toute la journée. Très sympa avec des enfants. L'hotel est joli et bien situé. Malgré le mois d'aout, nous n'avons pas eu l'impression d'être bondé de monde. L'équipe d'animation était très sympa, des activités presque toute la journée avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. Petit bémol pour le restaurant ou la nourriture est pas terrible compensée par la grande terrasse vue sur le port. Je recommande vraiment cet hotel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Merci à notre gentille femme de ménage. Chaque jour notre chambre était nickel!
la nourriture n'était pas géniale. les plats vides ne sont pas souvent rechargés, surtout pour les salades, dommage.
the staff were lovely, always very helpful. room was big and modern. location was great, right on the marina and 20 minute walking distance to the main centre. all-inclusive was great too, included drinks at the bar. always got a sunbed at the pools. rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh and clean towels.
cigarette burn on the blanket on the bed. air con was very poor and often didn’t cool down the entire room. no lock on the balcony sliding door. shower and sink water was very salty, didn’t make you feel clean afterwards. fridge was very small, not efficient for a weeks stay. you can beer everything that goes on outside, from doors of other rooms closing to other surroundings often early hours of the morning too.

No Aircon had to ask for a fan , felt unclean , very French so being English excluded from the activities and the food and drinks where sub par the staff felt stranded and unfriendly

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly in our room (number 37) and the food in the restaurant could have been hotter but the snack bar was constantly hot
The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a direct view of the Cala d'Or Marina, which was spectacular. Realy AMAZING with balcony.
Animation (Entertainment): There were certain activities that were not carried out as planned. They asked us if we were going to participate, and then nothing ever happened. We were left waiting without anyone informing us of anything until I myself asked if there was still going to be something.
Cleaning: The place was relatively clean; however, the apartment was never vacuumed. Being by the sea, of course sand gets brought inside, and even on the last day, the floor was dirty. After six days, it was never cleaned the way we expected. At the very least, they should provide a vacuum cleaner in the apartments so that guests can clean it themselves. (Even if you don't expect that on holidays)
Food Service: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were the same all week... The waiters would remove plates the moment customers stood up to get a drink, they would immediately clear the plate without asking. Also, if you arrived half an hour before the restaurant closed and sat down, the waiters would still remove your plate as soon as you have the last bit in your mouth. There was even a time I had to ask them to leave my plate because I still had food and hadn’t finished yet.

Love the pool area and the animation team were so good rooms are very nice
How everything was a bit far apart and the food at tea needed to be mixed up as some nights were the same

Due to property closing for winter on 13/10/2024 the restaurant was very inadequate in its range of meals on offer.
