La ubicación
Que cierran la alberca a las 9, en otros hoteles es hasta las 10.
La playa y la habitación
La alberca, le hace falta mantenimiento
El desayuno es variado y con buen sazón.
La temperatura de la alberca es agradable
No tuve claridad en elegir el tipo de habitación (con vista al mar), por lo que al llegar tuve que pagar por el cambio de la misma (afortunadamente se pudo hacer el cambio).
El aire acondicionado de la habitación desprende un holor a "Hongo". Esa humedad que es molesta al olfato.
De igual forma el mismo olor se persibía en el closed y en las cortinas.
La puerta del baño tenía la bisagra superior rota por lo que no cerraba bien.
La tabla de planchar estaba sucia.
Alguien vomitó en el agua de la alberca y la suciedad permaneció ahí mucho tiempo, como tres horas (en lo que bajamos a caminar en la playa y subimos. La suciedad seguía ahí).
Las familias son irrespetuosas de los reglamentos (tarer comida de fuera a la alberca, echar clabados y hacer ruido en los pasillos), y lamentablemente, en el momento que lo vimos nadie les señala sus faltas (entiendo que puede ser dificil, pero no imposible).

Que la regadera tenga tina,ya que iba recientemente con cirugía de tobillo y se dificulta entrar dentro de la tina
limpieza tanto en las habitaciones como en el resto del hotel, el estacionamiento es amplio y siempre se encuentra lugar y el restaurant esta muy rico
Lad albercas
Estaba muy descuidada la playa y que tengas que subir tu equipaje por que no hay quien de el servicio
