Pessoal da recepção foram muito gentil.

Cons:

Colchão é tão duro q não teve condições de dormir nele, box vazando água em todo banheiro, frigobar com barulho insuportável, teve dia que as luzes do corredor de acesso aos quartos não acendiam, tendo q usar lanterna.
Passaram um PU dentro do boxe q quando íamos tomar banho aquela água branca ficava toda no pé, dando até alergia em nós. Foi pedido para mudarmos de quarto duas vezes e não nos atenderem.

Destacamos la amabilidad y atención cordial del personal que nos recibió en el check in por que además de saber nuestro idioma, nos aportó información para una excelente estadía. Y se destaca el personal encargado de la limpieza y el desayuno quienes eran personas super amables.
