My stay was good. Basically just a place to sleep after working all day. Hotel was quiet, room and bed were good.

Cons:

Elevator is super slow. Don’t like that you have to ring a bell at the front desk to get service. Somebody should always be at the front desk.

No habia limpieza de habitacion solo lunes, miercoles y viernes pase todo el fin de semana pidiendo toallas como minimo, no tiene servicio de restaurante para los huéspedes solo el desayuno que esta bien feo, solo un dia baje y la señora nos trato super mal en el hotel solo habíamos 2 familias hospedados y no me dejo la señora subir a mi cuarto los wafles para mis 4 hijas y se dirigió muy grosera despues subí para bajar con ellas y desayunando abajo dieron las 9 y nos apago las luces y cerró la puerta del desayunador para corrernos, despues se molesto por que le fuimos a pedir papel de baño y klenex en definitiva el trato del personal nefasto.

Distance from the dunes is great

Cons:

The place was dirty, noisy, the facilities were in terrible shape with a broken bath that was fixed with a tape and caused flooding in the room. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Pros:

Thank you for providing a great clean facility for me & my family. My children were very hyper after sitting in the car for 10+ hrs and enjoyed your indoor pool. The beds were very comfortable and good for my bad back.

Best Hotel in West Texas on I-20!
Pros:

Best Stop in West Texas! Stop just west of Odessa at the best-kept secret Hotel. Fabulous Hotel for a modest price! Great, complete, Hot Breakfast, gourmet coffee in Lobby. Wonderful, clean facility with Friendly Managers! Nice fitness & inside pool, which I have seen, but not used. GREAT HOTEL VALUE!

Standard Best Western
Pros:

Had no issue booking a room though price was higher than stated on web site. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. King bed had plenty of room for two large people. Two ceiling fans. Breakfast was sparse at 7:00 am. Milk was soured but hostess got fresh when told about it.
