The front desk’s employees were all extremely professional yet friendly and polite. The Inn as a whole was okay.

It was a wonderful trip. Great service. Very clean. Hotel had a shuttle to casino. Definitely will be going back!!

Somewhat disappointed that there is no restaurant on the premises, or any type of breakfast options like a continental breakfast. Parking lot could use a little maintenance. The hotel was quiet, front desk personal was friendly.

How clean the room was and also the other areas outside our room.
Continental breakfast would be a nice addition.
Staff is very polite and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our spur of the moment stay at Inn of Coushatta. From the ease of booking and checking in, courtesy and friendliness of the staff, clean room with an abundance of room amenities, our stay could not have been more perfect! Within walking distance of Coushatta yet even had a shuttle to and from. Our only wish would have been an onsite restaurant or at least breakfast included.

My stay was average, nothing spectacular stood out. What was wrong was the kuerig machine doesn’t get cleaned.

You know that smell gramma's house use to have back in the day...yeah, that mothball mixed with musk smell, well this hotel smells worse than that!

I booked here because of high reviews on Hotels.com, ONLY TO BE MET with unsatisfactory customer service and an old smelly hotel with hot hallways and a smelly room!! Yuk, disgusting, and I should have selected another hotel other than this smelly overpriced subpar joint!!

I HATE handing my credentials to a clerk only for her to demean me and place it on the counter when returning them back to me, so %/\=#; disrespectful!!

Oh yeah, don't expect the convenience of using your key at a side door for entrance because there's no such thing here!!

Oh and my room had an 'uninvited guest', a roach on the side of the bed and FYI the toilets are EXTREMELY low at this hotel!

The Inn is right next to Coushatta Casion and walkable. The Motel is older but well kept up.

After reading the reviews on this place, I booked my stay for 5 days for a business trip. I was initially satisfied with my decision until my 2nd day there. I came back after work and saw a mouse in my room. Rodents are my biggest fear. The front desk clerk helped me ,one to another room, but what good is that? If there are mice in my room, there are mice in this entire hotel! That's how mice are. If I wanted top stay with mice, I would have stayed at one of the cheaper motels in the area. And I would have paid more than half of what I paid at the Inn at Coushatta.
I requested the manager,Missy Attales, get back to me, provided my contact information, and the clerk stated she sent an email with my request to the manager. The next day after work, I asked the clerk if the manager had received my request because I had not heard from them. They confirmed the email was sent to the manager, Missy Attales. The nest 2 nights, still no word from the manager. I checked out that Friday morning and saw an email from the manager hours after I had checked out. The manager offered me nothing but a future free night stay. Why she thinks anyone would visit Inn at Coushatta again after that horrifying experience, I do not know. She waited until after I had checked out to take any action. The right thing to do would have been to offer guests free nights while they were still guests, if they had endured such a stay.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. I would stay again!

We totally enjoyed our night at this hotel!! Service was great !! Got a shuttle to the casino and back, a little wait but nice not having to drive.

STAY AWAY from THE INN..,This place is a dump. It stinks like a wet dog or old carpet that has been wet and then dried, when you walk in the door. The room is a dump, tore curtain, no microwave, small TV, the little frig sits on a table. It cost my sister and I on Friday nite 11/8/24. $192... And they don't care.......

Amazing beds - but there is no breakfast served not even coffee!!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room ac was cold. I tried the shuttle. It was convenient most the time. Except on my way back to the hotel on one of the trips. We waited so long we ended up walking back. We never saw the shuttle the whole way. The only problem we had in the room was a carpet nail poked me in the foot. So i just kept my shoes on.

I have payed less for better. If you book on expedia they are going to charge you 10 for a resort fee and it wasnt much of a esort

It was clean as always, comfortable, and cool. We enjoyed our stay and that's why La Choushatta is my favorite place to go and have a great time. The location is adjacent to the casino where you can walk or drive . It's your preference. Happy fun place=La Choushatta!

I like the room , the only thing is you need to put a rubber mat in the shower so you don’t slip for old people.
