There were gnats in the orange juice. The food was barely warm and there were very few (if any) gluten free options (fruit, cereal, etc).
The coffee was good and hot.
See the note above. Flies, gnats in what they said was orange juice but was actually more like orange drink. And watery gravy. Greasy meat option.
It was close to where we were going, and it was easy to get to, and it was very clean and comfortable

I so like the property
The room was clean, but the worst part was that we found two live cockroaches in the room. Because of this, I had to move all of our belongings into the car to make sure the cockroaches wouldn’t get into our bags and suitcases.
The next morning, I informed the front desk about the issue, and the only response I received was, “Okay.” There was no apology and no indication that they would address the problem.
I do not recommend staying here if you don’t want to risk finding cockroaches in your belongings or taking them home with you.
This was a good stay and my previous experience with BW predisposes me to like them. This was no different to others I've stayed in, generally clean, comfortable, convenient, nice room and a pleasant helpful staff, easy parking and a good breakfast.
Staff were able to recommend a Chinese food restaurant nearby. Huge portions, lovely staff, good food.
The dead cockroaches on the entryway carpet in the morning. There were a couple of them. As a facilities manager who's worked in the tropics and Mediterranean, I'm, used to dealing with cockroaches and it's perfectly possible to contain them. If you're going to skimp on cockroach control, I suggest youn brief the early morning staff to get rid of the evidence before the guests see it.

Very uncomfortable beds and no hot water it only got slightly warm so could not take a shower

The beds were so hard. Could hear everything inside and outside hotel
Had to take a cold shower. Water never got hot. Either do breakfast or not. Not very good breakfast.
Close to the softball fields.
We stayed one night in which I prepaid for on booking.com. When I went to check in at the hotel the manager made me pay again. So I paid $130 twice. Now I am being told that I have to get my refund from booking.com. There was a strong sewer smell in our room, and the bed was really hard.
