Toilet and tub were NOT clean, the controls within the jacuzzi tub were disconnected and non functioning

We would likely not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The location was easily accessible for our travel plan and it was close to amenities. The reception staff were very good and helpful. We were able to find a fantastic restaurant "Wingers", which was walkable and was excellent food and service, event though they were over the top busy. Parking was good for a truck and cargo trailer.

Cons:

King bed was uncomfortable; unusual as we always choose a King Room and utilize Best Western's when available. There was limited availability for food delivery in the area. We are sports fans and there were no sports channels available for baseball or for hockey. Breakfast was limited in choices.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

It would have been nice to be on the first floor because we had two dogs with us. I feel that th we fee for dogs should be one fee,not a fee per dog.

The location is great! Its next to all the major businesses where we enjoy shopping. Ths breakfast was very good because they have lots of choices. The hotel was very clean and everything worked the way it should.
