location is good. no breakfast available
The toilet didn't flush!! The tv didn't work!! The beds were extremely uncomfortable because the mattress pads were crumpled, hard, and didn't fit the mattress thus making the sheets a mess.
Location, hot tub, breakfast was nice because it wasn’t the same thing every morning
Some things could use some updating. There wasn’t any usb plug ins in room, bathroom door was really squeaky

Smelled like wet dog thank goodness I love dogs but not good will not stay again
So so, out of bananas, OJ, hot water for tea. Egg and sausage patties were good.
The location was perfect! Friendly staff. Clean.
The window screens were a little loose, therefore bugs could get in when we had the window open.

Location was great. Pool area clean. Room was ok.
The hallways and stairways were so dirty. It looked like they hadn't vacuumed for days. Sone of the hot breakfast items were barely warm. Our bathroom door was so tight you couldn't fully close it. Pillows were way too thick.
I had forgot my charger and the hotel had one for me
The chlorine in the pool was pretty strong and the hallways were messy, but they were under construction, adding new carpet
They are currently June 30th 2026 remodeling rooms. The remodeling is not the cleanest, and desk staff are not friendly. there is a poster that stated the world is understaffed so please be thankful for the ones that showed up. that is not a customers Burdon to carry. that is the responsibility of the management and ownership.
Best western need to hols independent operators accountable to standards of the corporate umbrella.

Windows/screens were a tad dirty and the screen was loose so bugs could get in
The room was very nice ,however I felt like I stepped back in time.
The breakfast was delicious, and the shower was amazing.
I had to figure out how to turn the lights on.
However it was comfortable for my stay ,for my daughter's wedding.
Front desk was friendly, but everything else was awful!! Room presentation and smell was lacking. First and last time staying there.
Better than average free breakfast, nice shower, comfortable bed and room, 24-hour coffee and tea, downtown location
No fitness room, price skyrocketed toward weekend
