It was exactly as expected
There were 7 of us in the breakfast area with 4 biscuits and 4 eggs 4 sausage. No staff was around. The bath tub was very dirty and the drain was icky same thing with the sink. There was stuff in the fridge from last guest. But comfort was great.
This was a great hotel. Room was very clean. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was stocked well and tasty. Will definitely stay again in the future.
Nice place. Expected there to be a better breakfast options
No elevator, cable went out and never came back on, exhaust fan in bathroom rattled deafeningly with no way to turn it off.
Very quiet and not in a busy area. Staff and rooms were great. Coffee was better than ANY hotel coffee I’ve had before.
Very out dated but very clean breakfast food ran out and very few options to eat and must be shot staff because can’t even keep the coffee machine full
The staff was very nice.
This property is acceptable for a brief stay, but is dated and devoid of many amenities. The room had a small refrigerator and a very small microwave oven, but they were not up to date ones. The beds were acceptable but not terribly comfortable. The best part of the room was the shower which had very good water pressure. The breakfast items offered were very limited and for the cost of the room were not what we have come to expect. Improvements at this property are needed.
I booked a room at this hotel in February 2025. I booked for 1 night in August. I booked online through the hotel website. I received confirmation and a rate of $110. In July 2025 the manager of the hotel called me to tell me he would not honor that rate and if I still wanted the room I had to pay $260. I told him I had a confirmation number and that rate. Now less than a month before my trip I am being price gouged because this is the weekend of the highway 127 yard sale. He used the excuse they are a small hotel and depend on summer business to get them through the year. After much discussion he refused to honor the booked and confirmed rate, he did not provide his name, he would not provide a number to contact headquarters. Watch out for dishonorable behavior and price gouging.
It was clean but needs updating.
This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We arrived in the late evening for a business event early the next morning.
There were a few things we noticed right away, but it was late, we were really tired & it’s the only hotel around (besides a little motel with not so good reviews).
A few things should’ve immediately tipped us off; the coverlet on the bed was dirty so we got a clean one from the front desk. My husband was going to take a shower, and the little shampoo bottle was empty. Our shoes made a “sticking” noise when we walked but thought it just wasn’t rinsed real well. The “seating” area consisted of a single winged back chair that has covers on the arms rests & headrest area. But like I said, it was late & we needed to be up super early.
The light bulbs were low watt, “warm light” so the room was somewhat dark. I noticed some cobwebs in the corner before turning out the lights.
In the morning, with the curtains open, we got to see just how gross the room was. The floors weren’t sticky from not being rinsed well, they were filthy (we put towels down to walk on.) There was food on the floor. The bed skirt was gross. The first washcloth I grabbed for a shower was dirty, the 2nd one was worse. The shower curtain bar was drooping so the shower curtain kept sliding to the center. There were cobwebs in the corners & along the popcorn ceiling. The wall beside the nightstand had reddish-orange drip stains.
We left feeling like we needed to take another shower. We prayed for no bedbugs. We waited at the front desk to talk with someone about the condition, but no one was around and we had to get to our event. We are contacting corporate…it was that gross.
The hotel was adequate, you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable, ok water pressure, breakfast was fairly nice.
Nothing
Nice!
This place is going down really fast. We arrived on Friday and after we got checked in we left our room around 2:30. We spent are time outside in the cold weather with 38 degree temperatures. We return to the room about 9:00 pm and room was cold, we hadn’t turn the unit on. I went to turn it on and couldn’t get any thing to work on it. I called front desk they said it would be 30 to 40 minutes to get someone to fix it. We were cold and wanted some heat and a hot shower. I called the front desk told them they needed to move us to another room. She moves us to another room ,after a hot shower, we turn on the TV to find out. We only have one channel. So we were stuck watching the home alone two front desk said they would have somebody come and fix it which they never showed up.
It was pricey but one of the nights out of the 3 nights we stayed the foot hill festival was going on. I just think the price should have came down some because they raised the price quite a bit because of the festival.
The rooms were not well maintained. The toilet seat was so loose you about fall off. No water pressure in the shower. The door would not latch unless you used force to close it. Stained sheets.
Always nice staff and clean rooms
Clean and friendly people.
