Location and staff
The cost of the room.
Room was okay. Overall it was a clean room and plenty of space. Staff was friendly.
The sofa looked to be stained.
Been here before and we'll stay here again. Had the King Suite with the Jacuzzi Tub. Great room, plenty of space, really nice to have two TV sets. Pool was great and so was Breakfast! Also, great to be next to the local Dennys!

Not too many fair priced options in the area so chose this even though it looked dated and in a bit of an industrial area. I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel had a quaint feel to it. Room was spotlessly clean, staff friendly and overall a great, very quiet nights stay. Didn't eat at Dennys but very convenient being just next door. Plenty of parking if towing a trailer.
Bathroom was so clean it had quite a strong detergent smell.

The toilet was very low to the ground . Made it difficult to get up and down.

The rooms stank so bad all our clothes I. Our luggage all smell from this overall unclean smelled like stale smoke, it was overwhelming!
The staff is very efficient , friendly, and responsive! I can stay anywhere ( company reimbursement), but I find myself constantly coming back to this hotel. Great service, great amenities and great value.
I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had our dog and the hotel had plenty of room to walk the dog on grass and clean up bags. Nice little gazebo and BBQ available, exercise room. I do miss coffee pots in the rooms, but it appears all the hotels are eliminating those. Only real criticism are the thin towels they provide.
