The rooms stank so bad all our clothes I. Our luggage all smell from this overall unclean smelled like stale smoke, it was overwhelming!

The staff is very efficient , friendly, and responsive! I can stay anywhere ( company reimbursement), but I find myself constantly coming back to this hotel. Great service, great amenities and great value.

Excellent!!
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had our dog and the hotel had plenty of room to walk the dog on grass and clean up bags. Nice little gazebo and BBQ available, exercise room. I do miss coffee pots in the rooms, but it appears all the hotels are eliminating those. Only real criticism are the thin towels they provide.

ICE BATH FOR A POOL
Pros:

Overall the stay was great but my children were looking forward to the pool so that's why we choose this hotel is because the pool looked nice and we love best westerns but the pool was like an ice bath and was way to cold to enjoy and my children hated.
