It was disappointing for the amount of money I paid

That it was somewhat close to everything

Cons:

There was a party upstairs late at night. Thin walls. Staff gave me wrong room and then gave someone else my room. Someone walked in on me.

Pros:

The access was good. It was pouring rain when I arrived at night, and I was able to see the entrance. I also liked being able to park adjacent to the room, especially in the bad weather. The staff was great. They kept me updated on all questions I asked.

Location. Spacious.

Cons:

The floors were swept only. But we notice it needs mopping. Our feet from just walking barefoot in the room got dirty after we got out of shower and just walking in room only. And it was just me and my husband I figured they would put us in a room away from other people who had pets. At least the opposite side. We booked months in advance. I loved that you all had ceiling fan in room too. Price was great too.

I pay a lot of money and nobody responds. There’s not appropriate to trees in the room they make you
Pros:

Now that you ask not much I pay way too much money. I have minimal accommodations as a front desk for a bottle of water. They responded like I was asking for $100. That’s really embarrassing.

Cons:

I was sleeping after a 18 hour shift and the maid came in and woke me up. She walked in my room

My stay was acceptable.
Pros:

I liked the location and cleanliness of facility. The staff had a great attitude.

Cons:

No comforters were provided with bed linen. No shelves in shower area. The shower and floor area were slipped and unsafe after being wet.
