Close to where we needed to go

Cons:

Concern about cleanliness. Ice machine near room not working. Ac made noises. Not due to the hotel's fault, but road construction made it difficult to get in and out. Very noisy. Should have offered inside room due to noise.
Room very dark even with lighting.

The pillows are the worse
Pros:

It very clean and staff was the best i ever came across

Cons:

The pillows are the worse I will never stay at any best western hotel again until they fix that also it to close to the HWY and railroad tracks
