Don't stay here
Pros:

It was clean. Location was good.

Cons:

Facility was misrepresented, I think. Not a resort. More like a basic motel with No services.
Toilet didn't work. Shower broken. No plug ins by bed. No dresser space. Very small TV. Bad lighting. No elevator or decent stair/ handrail. Breakfast was pitiful. No one available at checkout.

Perfect vibe for an up-north Wisconsin stay, with lake views and friendly staff.
Pros:

Loved the location! Staff was super friendly and got us some box fans due to the AC not working, and also left us some fire wood to have a fire. We didn't end up using it but it was very thoughtful! Also the suite was huge with lofted ceilings and the perfect northern wisconsin decor, for such an affordable price. They also let us use their dock for a small fee which made the weekend all the more convenient.

Cons:

We had some minor cleanliness issues, but the resort met our needs and expectations! Someone had left their toiletries in the bathroom (electric toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush etc) and the hairdryer was covered in something brown. The kitchen sink area had some grime especially around the faucet handle.

Provided a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the city!

Quiet setting, right on the water. The location was perfect. Nice extra amenities like a fire pit, a deck to sit out on, and “yard” games.

Location - on the Lake

Cons:

The light above the doorway in the room strobed all night long, randomly.

The hairdryer was broken.

The room smelled like mildew.

The tub would not drain while showering.

The mattress was very aged. It had a gel pad on top of it but the sides still collapsed while sitting on the edge.

When I check in around 4:30 pm I was told no one is at the front desk after 7:30 pm and no one is at the front desk until 7:30 am. I jad to leave at 7 am the next morning so when I went to bed at 10:30 pm and the light strobbed I thought there was no way to remedy it. When I got up in the morning to get ready to leave, the tub drain was a problem and no working hairdryer. When I called in later the following morning during my travels, the front desk person was not apologetic. No empathy whatsoever. In fact she got very confrontational. I will never stay there again especially for the price charged. And, if you need help, don't bother calling the front desk. They put a sign out the majority of the time so no one is on-site. Very unsafe in that regard and no immediate assistance.

Pros:

I didn't have the breakfast. The first room had a lot of flies, but the office attendant was very nice and moved me to another, clean room immediately, which was much better. The parking area was safe.

Pros:

We didnt get a chance to enjoy the property because we got here late but from what we see. We like it very much and wouldnt mind staying here again when in the area. The restaurant was down the road was very good and recommended to us by staff. All in all for out short stay it waz excellent.
