Pros:

Shower pressure

Cons:

If the room key worked more than once. Checked in, went to room, key didn’t work. Had to return to office to get reprogrammed then went to dinner and key didn’t work again. Had to go back to office again.

Overpriced sketchy hotel

The front desk man was friendly and efficient.

Cons:

When we arrived (later in the evening), a man on a bicycle pulled up, opened the automatic lobby doors with his bike and yelled inside that there were customers there. And then he yelled again (during which my passenger and I locked all doors and stayed in our vehicle). It was disconcerting to say the least. Also witnessed a man going through a garbage can on the property. Property is old and worn. Room was as clean as it could be, but carpets were dark and questionable. Shower gel was empty. This was NOT worth $184+

Would not recommend. Most disappointing Best Western & Bookings stay I have ever had.
Pros:

Breakfast staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Our hvac unit was filled with dirt and large chunks of debris. When we checked in the desk staff was smoking pot at the front door. While checking us in , she smelled so badly. After hiking all day, got in shower there was no body wash or shampoo. The bathroom fan didn’t work.

Pros:

Staff was super friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable. The gym was small-ish but there was really enough to do most exercises so it worked well. The breakfast was meh even for a hotel breakfast but it was fine..

Parking limited and not best place for dog
Pros:

Brought breakfast to room.
Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Only 2 bath towels for 2 people.
Dogs allowed but signs on property to keep of grass. Walking on street I noticed a dog are in the dirt in alley next to hotel.
Bed hard.
Parking narrow and fills up at night so no place to park.

Great location for the redwoods!
Pros:

The location was great in that it was at the start of the Avenue of Giants. I arrived at early evening so not much time to explore the town but the food was good. The room was large but a little dated in some respects. I liked the staff and the breakfast was fine.

Cons:

The room was a little dated and I think the cost was a little high.

Poor-really not worth the cost!
Pros:

Good location in town and proximity to tourist attractions

Cons:

Room was onlowest level and access was thru a very dismal tunnel. Breakfast was missing several Foods and the staff was surly and indifferent. Check in took over 20 minutes.

The Front Desk staff by the Name of Ellen. She’s cold un approachable, Kinna condescending. being Asian customer you can see the way she entertain a white customer. I felt she( Ellen ) is less accomodative to us compare to a caucasian customer. She ( Ellen ) seems less interested in accomodating us and doesnt even established eye contact when we are about to check in. compare the way she accomodate other caucasian customer. I guess with a staff like this needs to be undergone seminars regarding cultural diversity specially if she works such kind of industry.

This was a convenient location but an unattractive room, Sorry. wasn't a fan.
Pros:

there were no bugs in the bed.

Cons:

disappointing. terrible tasking coffee, awful muffins. Bad wifi. Had to ask for Kleenex.
