Best Western Harbor Pointe Lakefront - St Ignace
Pros:

The room was spacious. The location was great and view was very nice.

Cons:

I am still waiting for a credit of $118.95 which the manager approved during check in due to room not being ready after returning three times. I have a receipt showing credit. It has been almost a month and I have not received credit on credit card. The rooms are very expensive due to fact that they are very dated. The staff very very friendly and breakfast was good.

Beautiful location with good amenities

Cons:

Two of us were staying three nights and the room only had one towel, one hand towel and one bath towel. We did get more but they should have been in the room

Pros:

We liked the indoor,and outdoor pools,hot tub.

Cons:

The TV was awful. When it was time to unwind we could not watch the TV. We called the front desk,and they did try to help,but could not help us. When I checked out I let the person know that was working the desk. They seemed very uninterested.
