Good breakfast

Absolutely loved this Hotel!! It was so clean and nice. Will be staying here anytime we come to a Green Bay game.

We arrived at10:45 pm. The front desk lady told us she could not give us a room because the system was down and it could take 20 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or not sure how long for the system to come up. She told us to sit in the lobby until it came up. She stated several times she could not give us a room until the system came up. After I started maybe she should just let us into any room and when the system came up she could enter the relevant info. After a circular discussion for 15 minutes (?) she suddenly told us we could use a room right next to the front desk. In the morning I mentioned this to a man that was at the front desk and he stated rather indignantly that their internet was down, it happens all the time and there was nothing they can do about. He was quite rude and very unprofessional. Given the above, I would like to request a refund of $170 which I paid for this room.

Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was ok. Relaxing atmosphere.

We always stay when in the area. Good service. Overall quiet with windows shut but there is dogs that bark and can hear with windows opened. itarea.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. TV was hard to work. Two different times staff were rude and not willing to help.

No elevator

The bed was sinked in and the sheets were old. The cereal was stale.

The breakfast was sub standard compared to other hotels I have stayed in with the same price point.

Great location if you like quiet

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfy. They restocked and straightened our room daily. The breakfast was yummy. My daughter loved the no touch pancake maker. Staff was friendly and quick to help when we had any issues. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. Lots of parking.

I was surprised at how nice this property was given it is in a small town without a lot of attractions around it.

Nicely upgraded rooms. Great LG tv.

Breakfast was lackluster and the sausages were consistently overcooked to the point of being inedible.

The rooms were nicely appointed with a fridge and microwave.

Had a problem with housekeeping not coming to our room. So, the following day prior to 11, after removing the Privacy Please sign and prior to housekeeping getting to our floor/room I made a point of going to the front desk and asking for fresh towels and trash removal. I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem by the woman at the front desk who wrote down our room number. We got back and our room and nothing had been touched. I went to the manager on duty who apologized, took some towels up to our room and put our trash in the hall.

When we were checking out, I mentioned to manager on duty that everything had been okay except for housekeeping. He kept telling me it was because I had left the Privacy Please sign on my room yesterday. I told him I was not talking about yesterday but he just kept repeating himself and was not listening. I think he is burned out and should not be in a customer facing job.

Will not be staying here again. They have a lot of kinks to work out.

the bed was so comfortable and nice shower. Thay is the end.
the breakfast was a horrible experience. it was to be served until 9am, we got there about 8:15 at which time my husband and i each to a spoonful of the last of the potatoes. there were no eggs or sausages. Another women asked me if anyone told the mgr and i said not that i know of, she went back to the laundryroom/kitchen and he said was bringing some eggs in about 7 min, He did enough for a few people. I waitted for the people that had been waiting and there was 1 spoonful left and more people coming in for breakfast. abouy 10 min later he brought out some saussages, again i waited, i got the last two and gave one to my husband. I did see one yogurt left which i took.
again there were still more people coming in. The manager never said a word when he came out, nothing to explain why he was so backed up and not a apologies, not one word was said to anyone. i did write to the hotel and he wrote back telling me i had several plates of food and no one told him the food was out. How he knew who i was and how often I was up there is a mystery. Yes, i was up a few times to get one thing each time as i said above what we ate. The reason why we booked this hotel was we like Best Westerns and the added breakfast is a bonus. It was a sure waste of my hotels.com gift card, sadly. The customer service was terribly lacking.
