Both vending machines did not work. And the refrigerator in the lobby did not offer sugar-free sodas.
When told this to staff, the response was "sorry" No effort to fix the problem
Breakfast: hot food was almost inedible. Fake/powdered eggs, under-cooked bacon and sausage.

Breakfast was good and the dining area was spacious and clean.
The only problem we had was that the AC unit didn't work in our room when we arrived. However, the staff was very helpful and found us another very nice room.
Nothing. When I arrived I was told they had no running water. When I asked to get a refund and cancel I was told I couldn’t do that since I had booked through a third party. I was left sitting in the lobby crying my eyes out with my two children after having driven 7 hours and hoping to get some rest and relaxation.
There was no running water, no one at the facility contacted me beforehand to let me know that they had no running water. I asked to cancel and receive a refund and was told I couldn’t not since I booked through a third party. Why would I stay somewhere where I can flush the toilet or take a shower?!!! After sitting in their reception area crying my eyes out with my two children I was granted my request but still have yet to receive that refund. The fact that nobody contacted me beforehand to say they had no running water is concerning and misleading business practice.
