Good for a 1 night stay for dropping my son off to college at Frostburg.
The surrounding property was very nice with the stream, trees and swing. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
A bit outdated and the carpet in the hall was old.
the pool
looks nothing like photos, ac was broke, room smelled like piss, there was poop on the toilet seat, was filled with a bunch of unsafe unpleasant people staying there, feet stuck to old carpet flooring , mirror was broke, card keys woulnt work, took front desk 20 mins before even helping me after i had a 4 hour drive and was tired at 930pm with a child and dog.
The location was great
Should have known from the musty smell walking in the place was gonna be a nightmare.
Opened my room door to what smelt like hot dirty animal a$$, I couldn’t even make it into the room.
Talked to the lady at the front desk which seemed like I was bothering and offending her because she was comfortable with the smell. She gave me keys to a second room. The smell of that room wasn’t horrible but my kids 16 & 10 were grossed out and said they would rather sleep in the car. Packed up and left. Contacted customer service online to cancel and no response of course!!
A good location
No forks at breakfast. Ate eggs with a spoon.
Pool smelled like pee. Floors were wet and smelled awful, had big fans running to dry the carpet. Food was bad! Customer service was absolutely horrid! Woman got smart about everything because she had a migraine. Not my fault but she made it everyones problem!!! Don't stay there!
Neat, comfy bed, good location, good breakfast included. Beautiful pool with towels and table & chairs. Staff were always nearby and working.

When I left
Room wasn’t ready when we got there, and it was past 3:00. We were told she just had to make the bed, she had to do the hole room, there was pubic hair on the walks of the bathroom. The spread on bed was dirty but she made it anyway I asked her to change it. Sheets were never changed they were on there from the night before. Soap in the bathroom was never thrown out from the other people previous to us. I have asthma she sprayed a perfume type spay had an asthma attack. Overall it was very dirty. When she said she wasn’t done yet that meant she was just starting the room I told her to leave after 3:00 we even went outside to sit until she was done which never happened. It was awful to stay there we are not use to staying in hotels hind site we should have gone back to the lobby to complain. When I checked out the person covering the desk didn’t seem to care. I’ll never stay there again.

Everything. Our room stunk so BAD we went out and bought carpet cleaner and air freshener..Very Nasy smelly carpet and room..
