Pros:

best western is the best value and comfort around LaVale. we tend to look for best westerns.

Cons:

nothing to not like! it was good! the tv was hard to figure out. the channels need to be visible and the close captioning easy to put on!

My hair dryer was throwing sparks. When I called the office, they told me they didn’t have any extra hair dryers. I had to buy my own hair dryer.

The hotel stay was nice and relaxing and just as good as any 5 star property.
Pros:

Although an older hotel, this was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.

booked on line when I arrived my room had been filled and I was put in a room with portable ac unit it was loud and room never got cooler than 81 degrees was way over charged for room I could have saved money and been more comfortable sleeping in car

Cons:

It had cracked glass going into building. I looked at two room's. The comforter had stains on it the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It smelled. My wife and I both had an itchy reaction to the room. We left and went to another hotel.
