Was a good stay. would stay there again.
Cons:

Got billed twice for same room! But problem solved quickly after contacting new manager.

It was okay for the price.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were very clean.
The beds were comfortable and had enough pillows.
Parking was right outside my windows.
Enough towels were provided.
Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker were in the rooms.

Cons:

There is a forty dollar check in fee if you arrive prior to the check in time and not a Best Western rewards member.
I wish they would empty the trash bins in the room daily, rather than upon request or your departure.

Cons:

Hot tub jets were pointing up and not on body and water was splashing everywhere. Also had to wait 45 minutes to get into our room because it hadn't been cleaned yet.

Pros:

We had a first floor room, it was quiet and our dog was with us and we were close to an exit, which made it convenient to take him out. Breakfast was the norm for your facility and met our needs.

Cons:

Room needs a better toilet that isn't so close to the floor. We are seniors so getting up and down at our age takes effort. We were concerned that the low water pressure would hamper the flushing.

Price of room was very reasonable. The local area made for a beautiful fall drive.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and provided us with a great time on places to eat in the area. Breakfast bar had a good variety of food that was well stocked.

Cons:

Room is a bit dated.

The staff at check in and check out were vary good, nice and friendly.

Cons:

Toilets were way too low needs to be upgraded. Booking.com has a lot to be desired. I made reservations for Dec 2nd on Oct 16th and motel never received it. Bad business. Will never use Booking again.
