overall very pleasant.
Pros:

very pleasant, helpful staff. pleasant room- appreciated fridge and microwave. good location, clean, predominantly quiet. comfortable comforter and bed.

Cons:

not wild that the windows can not be opened. i'd rather have fresh air. don't really like the super cold of air conditioning, although it's better than roasting or breathing smokey air (not an issue this trip). sound proofing could be better. awakened 6 am-ish by people making noise- upstairs sounded like they were doing laps in the room. would like real maple syrup for waffles( we are in wisconsin, after all!). much better breakfast than our stay at a different chain in eau claire.

I plan to return with the Mrs. for a get away weekend in River Falls.
Pros:

Excellent accommodations, great food and SUPER friendly staff at Juniors (bartender is a great guy!), loved the indoor parking availability. Breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

Kinda of an expensive room...gotta say...

Drugs and Blood
Pros:

Was able to book a room last minute on a friday night, had to switch rooms twice and several open rooms were available.....red flag

Cons:

Drugs on desk, uncleaned room for first room. Second room, the air didn't work and the room was stagnant and smelled like hot urine. My daughter pulled the blanket back to then find dried crusted blood, not blood stains, all over the back side of the duvet. When I went down to show the desk clerk, she got extremely angry and agressive, claimed she washed that blanket herself, but refused to touch it.

first night here but will give another chance because of convenient location
Pros:

location, price, and convenience.. close to pretty much everything

Cons:

fitness center had no way to clean equipment, our bathtub in room didn’t drain at all, front desk staff lady basically didn’t say anything except asking for an ID and CC- didn’t give any direction about breakfast next morning, where anything was in hotel, how to get to room, where or how long the restaurant was open, and never got an explanation of what was being charged to my card or the amount of hold there was to it..
also even though there was a paper stating they were working on cable for televisions, there was no other way to watch literally anything unless you had an hdmi cable to hook something up, thankfully we only stayed one night.

Clean friendly hotel but for what you are charging we would consider elsewhere next time.

Tough location but understandable being that it is downtown. Parking left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was average at best.

My go to, every time. River Falls is quaint and the Radisson is the best place to stay!
Pros:

I have stayed several times when visiting my daughter at college. Great location, easy to get to. Nice options to walk down town to shop or get a bite to eat. Hotel is always clean and quiet. I love the decor as well! Modern retro. Breakfast has a little bit of everything as well
