Quiet , relaxing stay . Parking could be improved !
Pros:

The pool was nice . The hotel is in a great area . Jaspers looked really good but I didn’t get to try it bc the parking was a problem (I arrived at dinner time ) and both lots were at capacity . Amazing facility for disabled guests - large room and actually functional shower / bathroom . The woman on duty offered to move her car so I could park my large van ; but I left to have dinner at the local winery and returned later was able to find a spot then .

Cons:

Parking is a problem if you have an oversized vehicle . I had to leave and return later for the restaurant traffic to leave /vacate the lots. My bathroom shower had hair in the drain which grossed me out . Otherwise I had a good stay

Stayed here several times over the years; this was the last time.
Pros:

Hotel did not honor the booking.com reservation. Booking.com provided great customer support, but the hotel did not.

Cons:

The staff and management were unwilling to insert even a little effort to help fix the issue (comm issue on their end). While I understand the need to secure the room until their communications issue was fixed, the hotel would not issue a refund. Luckily booking.com did, without any hassle.

Cons:

There was no guide for the TV meaning you had to scroll through all the channels to find a station you wanted to watch. The TV did not include a Guide, but even a written guide would have been appreciated. The only breakfast hours were posted in the elevator. A room guide would have been helpful.

Worked for what we needed.
Pros:

Breakfast was generally good and had a nice selection.

Cons:

First room smelled horrible. Changed to second room which had blood on the edge of the bed cover and edge of sheets like a worker had a cut when they cleaned. We didn’t want to complain twice so we just dealt with it.

The hot tub looked dirty. I wish the pool was larger.

Water pressure wasn’t that great. There was a wedding on the night of check in so there was no parking and people were running up and down the halls till about 1am. And as early as 5am
