This was a plain, clean motel that works if you don't plan to spend time there besides sleep.

Clean facilities and quiet. Would stay again.
Pros:

Staff at front desk were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Overall hotel and rooms were very clean, however our room had a slight odor when you first walked in. Breakfast was nice and I liked the way the main entree’ was changed each morning. Didn’t use the pool or fitness area, so no comments there. Stayed for three nights during a very busy activities weekend and prices were very fair.

What a great stay!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The breakfast hot, tasty and had many options for both food and drinks.

Cons:

We liked everything. There's not one bad thing to say. A rare thing for us to say but it was true. We had a less the great experience at another hotel chain the weekend before and there's just no comparison between the two.

Nicely managed hotel along N-S cut over between I-64 and Bluegrass Pkwy

Staff went above and beyond expectations to assist us, especially the ladies at the front desk in the morning! We are very happy to recommend this Best Western.

Breakfast was ample and met expectations… plus a yoghurt dispenser? Cool idea, so much better than an open bowl everyone can scoop from!

Everything was clean and well maintained. We didn’t have time to use the pool as we arrived late, the pool opens at 10, check out is at 11, and we had to be somewhere so no time to ask for later check out. A loss for us as it looked welcoming in the morning heat!

Cons:

I booked a room with 2 queen size beds (the other option available on Booking.com at time of booking was a room with 2 double beds. As it turned out, the 3 “queen” beds were not really queens. These were smaller than the queen bed in the guest room in our house. We were probably given the room with 2 double beds. These beds were way too narrow for 2 adults to comfortably sleep in. Luckily there were 2 of the double beds in the “sleeps 4” room. Also each bed had 4 tiny pillows, probably to make the beds look like they each were for 2 people.
