The staff was very nice!

Cons:

The bathroom was really dirty with hair and dirt around the door. The bed was pretty saggy, and I could feel the springs under me.

Extremely disappointing!
Pros:

Location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Facility is very outdated and in need of remodeling. A/C unit was extremely noisy, bathroom size is ridiculous….an adult barely fits. Beds are lumpy, squeaky and uncomfortable. Our TV stopped working on last day and staff was unable to fix.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The Suite with 3 beds was perfect for us. Bathroom was large and had a sink inside and outside of bathroom. The location was perfect for attending the Buffalo Round Up. Staff gave excellent recommendations for dinner. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was great, room nice and very clean ,beds were comfortable

Cons:

people with their trailers were taking up 3 to 4 spaces for parking plus their side by sides so we with a car had to park out by the road . You should have a separate place for them to park not happy with that

Nice breakfast and dining area. The gravy was really watery and the butter was hard as a rock. The eggs were cold. Not the best food. Room was clean it just seemed small. The sink in front of the door was not a good idea.

De ligging, aan de rand van Hill City.

Cons:

's Nachts om 02.30 uur ging het brandalarm af op onze kamer. Deze met veel moeite zelf gereset omdat er niets aan de hand was, ook niemand gezien van het hotel. Geen oog meer dichtgedaan de verdere nacht, Dit 's morgens gemeld bij de receptie en toen bleek dat dit op ons kamernummer (151) een bekend probleem was. De batterij moet zeker vervangen worden werd gezegd !! Klacht ingediend bij het hotel en bij booking.com maar niets vernomen. Schandalige omgang met gasten !! Voor mij geen Best Western meer en ook geen booking.com !!!!
