Le petit déjeuner est une escroquerie.
À part un burger en sachet à chauffer au micro-ondes ou une pâtisserie industrielle en sachet il n’y avait absolument rien. Même pas de pain ce qui est quand même la base.
L’employé de l’accueil m’a indiqué qu’une personne chargée du petit déjeuner viendrait la semaine suivante. Ok mais moi j’ai payé ma chambre AVEC petit déjeuner!
En plus j’avais demandé une chambre calme en étage élevé et nous nous sommes retrouvés au RDV à côté de la laverie !
Chambre sombre et vieillotte.
Tarif bien trop élevé par rapport à la qualité.

This would’ve been an excellent stay except for our breakfast experience.
Pros:

I would’ve given this property and excellent rating but they dropped the ball with the breakfast.
The staff we encountered was excellent.
The hotel appeared to be newly renovated.
The lobby area and room were clean.
This was a fringe season stay and we were informed that there would only be a continental breakfast available. However, many items that normally would be at a continental breakfast such as yogurt, bread, fruit, nuts, and granola were not there.
The coffee was cold and there was no one attending the breakfast area.
We feel that if your doors are open and you’re renting rooms, you should have the basic breakfast items available for your guests.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The Suite with 3 beds was perfect for us. Bathroom was large and had a sink inside and outside of bathroom. The location was perfect for attending the Buffalo Round Up. Staff gave excellent recommendations for dinner. I would stay here again.

Cons:

people with their trailers were taking up 3 to 4 spaces for parking plus their side by sides so we with a car had to park out by the road . You should have a separate place for them to park not happy with that

Extremely disappointing!
Pros:

Location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Facility is very outdated and in need of remodeling. A/C unit was extremely noisy, bathroom size is ridiculous….an adult barely fits. Beds are lumpy, squeaky and uncomfortable. Our TV stopped working on last day and staff was unable to fix.

Cons:

The bathroom was really dirty with hair and dirt around the door. The bed was pretty saggy, and I could feel the springs under me.

We liked the hotel's location; it was close to many attractions. The room was spacious, and we appreciated the mini kitchen. The breakfast was good.

The pool was heavily chlorinated. The water in the bathroom drained poorly in the room.

Hotel room smell like mold sink was clogged carpet needs to be replaced . Breakfast they were out of a lot of stuff. Staff was nice.
