Great stay in Ellensburg
Pros:

Needed a safe stay while my furniture was shipped up from California. So comfortable, so hospitable. So welcoming. And, the cookies at 4:30 were absolutely delicious. Thank you so much!

Okay, but not the best.
Pros:

When we first arrived, there was very little toilet paper and tissue. Cleaning staff left our door ajar after refreshing our room on day three of our stay. Thankfully, no one entered and helped themselves to our stuff. Still skimpy on the toilet paper. Desk clerk said the cleaning staff was new.
Breakfasts were basic. I had the impression the motel was trying to save money in their offerings.

Very nice
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean except for a hair in the tub and a cob web above tv. Bed was so comfortable that we slept through breakfast. We would recommend this hotel and we will stay at this hotel again.

My usual great stay there!
Pros:

I love this hotel. Great, friendly, and helpful staff, very clean and well maintained, comfortable sleeping, and quite close to 3 or 4 restaurants nearby.

Home sweet home!
Pros:

Had to book with an alternate hotel a block away a little over a week ago as your place was sold out. $100 more for nothing. SO glad I got a room with you guys. Its my home in Ellensburg, trustworthy, safe, clean, quiet and a really good cup of coffee to see me off. Thank you so much.

What a great place to stay
Pros:

Overall excellent room size and appointments, friendly, efficient staff. We slept well. Great breakfast. Good location. Easy access and free parking. Quite a value. No disappointments.

If staying in Ellensburg I highly recommend the Best Western on Umptaum Rd.
Pros:

Great experience. Friendly and experienced staff. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good. Noise lever almost non-existent (can always here people moving up and down hallway.).

Better than most
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice breakfast - cappuccino, sausage, scrambled eggs (with optional ham, spring onions, cheese), waffles, biscuits, gravy, berries, yogurt with dried fruit / trail mix, etc. etc.). We didn't use pool or hot tub, but they looked nice. Nice (mostly clean) grassy area to walk dogs. Two outdoor BBQs and picnic tables. Good choice for overnight, a cut or two,or several cuts, above your usual motel choices.
