The bathtub shed paint chips, very annoying

Front desk receptionist was very friendly, however the carpet and mattresses need to be replaced. The room was supposed to have been a non-smoking room but smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Our stay was restless due to the amount of construction workers that had been hanging out in the parking lot playing loud music and talking loudly. There was a pan full of grease that had been sitting out in the parking lot along with a charcoal grill throughout our stay.

As we were driving to the hotel the hotel called and said there was no room available for the day, we booked the hotel 2 weeks before our trip. WE told them to find us a room, they called and said there was a smoking room, we said we would take it even though we are not smokers. They called back later and said even that room was not available. They sent us to the red roof inn next door.

Everything was as expected. Clean room. Eggs & biscuits/gravy with the other usual breakfast stuff.

doors are on the outside, no elevator. friendly service,breakfast is your basic hotel breakfast but it was good and fresh. beds and pillows suck. shower head is pointed to the wall so you will be up against the wall while you shower. shower curtain does nothing so you will step in a puddle of water when you step out of the shower. carpet felt damp.

The room looked very clean as we walked in, but then we could see that it had not been vacuumed. The key we were given did not work and we tried about 8 different keys that they tried to program, not one ever worked. Consequently, they had to let us in with the master.

Outside entry door was awesome.I could see my car right outside my room.

This Best Western is a great place to stay for a night if you are traveling. Affordable and close to places to eat and fuel up. The rooms are nice and clean at this hotel. Overall a good place to stay if you need a hotel for a night.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was fine except the bathrooms are small. The pool is very clean however, it is not warm. The paint is peeling very badly on the bottom of the pool and it feels very gross in the bottom of your feet. The hot tub is nice and warm but the jets don’t work. The breakfast was disgusting and meat didn’t look cooked through. The desk employee was very sweet. It just looks like not a lot of effort is made by the hotel owners is keeping up maintenance.

Sanitation issues at this location. When asked for assistance we were met with a overwhelmed employee unable to offer any solution at the location. We are hoping to speak with a mananger for a solution.

The smell of weed filled our room during the whole stay. The plugins were coming out of the walls. Hair was in the sink. Had 2 to 3 fiddle back spiders and one was in the bed. The parking was terrible as well. I will never stay here again

The positives: Conveniently located. The front desk personnel was upbeat and informative. The bed was comfortable. The room looked to be recently remodeled. The negatives: the room smelled of old body odor/urine. There was a lot of activity in town (carnival & rodeo & man upstairs playing music outside his room) which could be heard in our room. The negatives out weighed the positives this trip.

When I checked in the front desk could not find my Expedia reservation and I got double charged for my stay.
