The lady at front desk always greeting us and the lady that took care of our room was very friendly

The pool was nice and clean and my grandkids enjoyed

Cons:

The bathrooms at the pool were so dirty we had to go to the room to go to the bathroom especially with our young grandkids

Comfortable, large rooms, free parking, decent free breakfast.
Pros:

Centrally located to the stores, restaurants and the base.
Free WiFi and free parking.

Cons:

It is a bit dated. The carpets looked filthy and need to be either cleaned or replaced. The rooms need updating. Ice machine needs cleaning as the ice smelled and tasted stale. Need to be more washing machines and dryers ( in working condition), sinks were clogged etc. I think some renovations and replacements are overdue.

Was a decent stay nothing to really find extra special.
Pros:

Staff was pleasant however clerk needs help-had to wait at the front desk much too long for our liking. Very casual makes conversation while getting the work done and checking us in.

Cons:

The sheets on the bed were ripped when we got into bed. It was too late in our day to try to room rooms or get new unripped sheets. The ceiling fan doesnt work and I like one on to sleep. Towels sin bathroom were itchy. Smell could have been better-did not smell fresh in the room.

It was a decent day for the value, only minor disappointments in a room

The location is great for whatever you need to do in the area.

Cons:

Our ceiling fan didn't work and the heated lamp was out in the bathroom so we could use two more pillows and another blanket but other than that, it was OK

The site was not at capacity. I was shocked that a guest would ever be put in this room. My niece had terrible allergies
