Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviews praise cleanliness (“Very clean”, “Everything nice and clean”, “limpieza y comodidad”), though one strong negative report of dirty bathroom walls was noted; overall cleanliness is very good with an isolated serious lapse.
Service
8.3
Service is mixed: many guests describe staff as very friendly and helpful, pet-friendly and attentive, but there are complaints including an unpleasant staff interaction and a booking/room allocation issue reported by one guest.
Location
9.5
Location repeatedly praised as convenient and perfect with great views; a few localized negatives (construction and one note about a nearby stable causing odor) but overall location is a strong positive.
Room Quality
9
Rooms described as quiet, comfortable with good beds, views and well appointed; one report of bathroom cleanliness issues, but most comments indicate high room quality and comfort.
Amenities
8.2
Amenities are adequate: breakfast service and pet-friendliness noted positively, but there are complaints about construction disruption, missing shower gel/conditioner, and an unheated pool issue for one guest.
Value for Money
7
Several guests mention price being a bit high or not worth it for regular customers; value is a clear weakness relative to other positives.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Breakfast is frequently praised as varied and delicious (omelet called out, breakfast ‘perfect’), with only occasional small supply issues (ran out of orange juice) — overall very strong F&B sentiment.
Overall Experience
9.3
Most reviews express high satisfaction (‘Everything’, ‘Absolutely love this hotel’, ‘Great stay’), citing cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff and good breakfast; a minority of guests reported serious service or cleanliness problems that slightly temper the overall high rating.
