Pros:

I travel to lower Yakima Valley quite frequently to see family. I have always stayed in Prosser but due to horrible hotel experience (on more than one occasions)I decided to try Best Western in Sunnyside. To say I am glad I did is an understatement. They have earned my business!!

Cons:

I don’t care for the eggs- I think they were the powdered egg mix but that is definitely not a deal breaker!

Staff was nice

Cons:

Tv didn't work / confusing to get anything good to play.
Sink drain was very slow and impacted use.
Breakfast was not good. Everything tasted stale or odd.
Only stayed for a quick overnight, so we were just in and out.

Pros:

The exercise room was well equipped. The swimming pool was too cold to use. The jacuzzi spa was also too cold to use. The morning breakfast was exceptional. Parking was inadequate on the weekend, as the lot got full and overflow was in a large dirt pile nearby.

Wonderful staff. Wonderful views. Wonderful omelets! Only wish parents of sick kids would eat in their rooms instead of allowing them to cough all over the common areas while dining. Now we all have the flu! Common courtesy people!!!!
