The staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was the normal Best Western fare.
The mattress in our room was well past its prime resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. Housekeeping was sloppy. The bed looked like it was made by a seven year old. The bathroom was clean.
Unfortunately the black out drapes were too short, and light from the parking lot shone in our room all night.

The breakfast selection and service was super and Staff always SO friendly and willing to accommodate us. The location of breakfast room was just fine.

Breakfast was amazing. Great selection and tasty. Loved how clean all the facilities were, including the gym and the pool. And the breakfast nook.
Had a room with terrible shower pressure. It was so low that it was hard to wash hair and feel clean. I'm sure it was just our room, because I could not see this hotel being used otherwise. We were only there for a night, so did not make a huge deal of it. Also Hot Tub jets were not working.
Breakfast was good but space got really full as the hotel was fully booked.
need to have some gluten free options if possible
I would like to see a small outdoor patio for some fresh air options while staying for more than one day.
Fresh fruit and watermelon at breakfast was great.
