The location is great to the Bike race we were at. Stayed here many times and it is always wonderful experience..

Internet needs an upgrade
Pros:

We visit this hotel frequently have enjoyed staying here. However, the internet service has become horrible. Management needs to do something. If you depend on the internet, this place will not work for you.

A very comfortable night on the road.
Pros:

The breakfast room was fastidiously clean. Both hot and cold choices were offered. Breakfast kept me going for most of the day.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that could have been better. Clean, spacious, well appointed, and quiet.

Quiet, Clean, Spacious, and Reasonably Priced
Pros:

I had a large room, very clean and very quiet. It was well appointed and well illuminated. Nothing is worse than dreary lighting in lodgings. This Best Western property has excellent in-room lighting. There was a microwave and a coffee maker for coffee pods and tea. There was also an iron. The WiFi had a very strong consistent signal. The breakfast room was clean and stocked with a variety of hot and cold offerings. I thought the room rate was reasonable. I will stay here again.

the customer service is always a TEN!!!

Cons:

the dog barking either next door to me or above me. When i checked in, the front desk informed me of the NO PETS policy which made me VERY happy, but then i am woken up all night from a dog barking.

The best baths and showers we've had a hotel. Comfortable beds. Lots of space in the rooms, plenty of places to keep our snow clothes bins.

Large clean rooms. Gathering area to play cards with family that came to visit was clean and quiet. We were able to get extra coffee kids fir our room. Easy thermostat!
