Best Western Plus Desoto Inn & Suites

Air conditioning was excellent, Shower had plenty of hot water, and the room was very clean. Excellent location to enjoy all the sites.

I enjoyed staying at this property just wish my experience was better but the 3rd party I booked with their card was declined it was so aggrivating

Beware of the entry driveway - there is a considerably steep incline upon arrival. We laughed about it, but it could scare others or even damage your vehicle if too low to the ground... The room was good, but muggy, sticky, wet, humid. The AC unit was trying to cool the room, but it was just soggy feeling. The breakfast was meagre, but we made it work. We felt safe in the area of town too. Note: it is located near a train track if you are easily bothered too...

This particular room we was in could use some repairs other than that the room was clean and the stay was nice. Breakfast could be better.

We stay here on most of our stays when we visit Mansfield. We have notice over the years the facility has been getting use which is a great thing for the owners. There are some things that need to be repaired d due to wear and tear. The staff is always friendly and helpful. BW is our choice in the city. Thanks for keeping our town on the map with a major hotel chain.

It was convenient location, staff was courteous. Rain storm caused water to come in the room from the window

The room was nice, clean. We all had plenty of room. The sofa bed made a loud, worn out noise every time one of the kids moved in their sleep. Other than that all was good. The Armadillo Mexican restaurant over behind the hotel is real good.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great as well.

I was booked for 2 nights checking in on Sunday checking out on Tuesday. While checking in I asked the lady and she said it showed me staying for that time period. When I was at work on Monday someone from the hotel called scolding me for not taking my belongings with me. She said I was only booked for one night and the room was already reserved for someone else. I argued back and then told her I have email confirming. When I got to th property after work. Everyone had amnesia and didn’t know who that was. There were 2 associates at the desk, one that was helping me and the other was listening to vulgar TikTok videos playing out loud at her computer. I will never stay at this property again.

I didn’t think it was comfortable

The room smells and not in a good way….I put a towel on the chair to sit on because it didn’t appear clean. During the night loud talking n the hallways and loud TV. All in all I didn’t expect this from a Best Western Plus. My expectations were se higher

The room was handicape friendly! Every detail taken care of from the bars in the bathroom to the beds low enough (could be just a little higher) easy to get in but hard to get up. Very spacious and close to the elevator. Our stay was one night. Wish we could have enjoyed the poll and sauna!

Wonderful, clean experience! The pool and hot tub were heated to perfection and so fun!
