Pros:

The fragrance in the lobby was amazing!! My room smelled like fresh lemons and was so clean. I was highly impressed with everything, I almost called out of work to stay another day.

Cons:

Nothing, I truly enjoyed my stay.

Would recommend and will stay again.
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable beds, great AC, nice size Smart TV, clean pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Quiet, clean and comfortable all around.

Cons:

The only “complaint” of sort I would have, would be the elevator. My family & I were staying on the 3rd floor, and my wife and kiddo were scared to use the elevator as it would shake when approaching the 3rd floor.

Pros:

Todo está excelente la atención los cuartos limpios el desayuno muy rico variado

Cons:

Lo único malo que cuando vinimos la alberca está en remodelación pero es entendible es para un mejor servicio esperemos que para la próxima visita esté lista :)

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The bacon on the last day was not enjoyed by my husband or myself. We think it may have been plant based. Not our type of bacon. Other than that, it was good with a good selection.

Cons:

I think that the staff thought since we were staying multiple days, that we didn't need them to come in and empty our trash or replace our towels. The first day we put a Privacy on door handle. But our second day we did not and no one came in to check room:(

1 of the most horrible stays ever!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was good and area was very clean.

Cons:

ROACHES!! They were everywhere in the room! Couldn't sleep all night. They tried to get me a new room but I need 2 beds and they only had 1 bed. Then said we will give you a small discount. That room wasnt worth $10. Paid $100 just to get a restless night killing roaches but the breakfast was good, guess we paid 100 for food. Didnt stay the 2nd night.

The house keepers are not doing there job there was old stains on end tables the mirror was broke in bathroom

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 days and two nights and the Wi-Fi did not work the entire time. The main reason we selected Best Western was for the hot tub which was not working. Needed to wash a load of laundry and the washing machine was not working. On Sunday between 6am and 9 am there was not any breakfast prepared. Cereal was put out but there were no bowls. Had to settle for a dry bagel because there was not any cream cheese put out.

Not pleasant at all and very disappointing.
Pros:

The facility and staff were wonderful.

Cons:

So many construction workers filled in all the rooms where I was at. They partied loudly until after midnight. I called the front desk 3 times and it seemed that they didn’t care what the clerk told them. I did not get enough rest for my presentation at work in the morning. They need to be in rooms on the other side of the facility vs non construction workers guests. The manager should have came the second time around and placed them somewhere else or asked them to leave.
