Super nice staff and a comfortable bed made for a great stay!
Pros:

We were given a handicapped room which was very nice. The bathroom was spacious and had a seat in the tub. Lots of power outlets in bathroom and room. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The breakfast was minimal but good. Not crazy about the coffee from the coffee machine. Front desk clerk was very friendly and made a great recommendation for a restaurant for dinner. She also acknowledged us as Best Western rewards members. Nice breakfast staff as well. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I think I deserve a discount on my next stay
Pros:

Everything was great except for an individual that was a guest who ruined my stay .

Cons:

Having surveillance at the pool area and making sure kids and young adults under the age of 18 are indeed being supervised.

It's just adequate.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant. Room and bed were comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator floor was dirty and needed to be mopped, they should do this daily. The treadmill wasn't working. The eggs were pretty dried out. It faces a busy road, nothing they can do about that, at least they have blackout curtains and the traffic did die down.
