Breakfast was yummy and had a good variety. The facility was updated and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We primarily came to take our kids to the indoor water park at Parrot Cove and it was very closely located. Would stay here again!
The pool was closed for renovations which was one main reason we booked this hotel. Staff said it was mentioned in the hotel details.. maybe it was overlooked, maybe it was in the fine print, but we missed it and had sad kids. Water park made up for it!

Would like to see an outside patio sometime soon! They were working on the pool during our stay so maybe they can add a patio to the east side!

Beds are great. It very clean. Breakfast was great.
Beware! We booked this a month in advance because they stated they had a pool (which would be great for our 3 kids). Then, 39 minutes after the free cancellation window (4pm the day before) we got a message from them that the pool was closed and they refused to refund. No apologies. We cancelled and will get our money back another way, but just awful customer service!
When traveling with the Joker and Jester Tour we always appreciate a fast check in after a long day of driving. We were greeted with smiles at the front desk and a simple and fast check-in. The room was very, very clean and stocked with every modern convenience. The room even had a ceiling fan, which I find kind of homie. Would definitely recommend this place to any traveler.
The rate
It was not clean, it was very out dated and a crap ton of chickens running around and crowing at 3am every day. I would not recommend this place if you need any type or rest.
