Near the beach,have a pool nice staff and clean rooms
Location is amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Receptionists were realy nice and helpful.
Breakfast was gone by 9am and it is served until 10. There was no eggs,sausages,muffins,milk,bread and so on. There is only 1 woman working,couldn't keep up. Maybe suggestion to add more people to kitchen staff as I read through other reviews this seams to be ongoing issue.
Comfy beds, Location, and good breakfast.
The hot tub was over-chlorinated. Check in not until 4 pm. $30 surcharge to check in an hour early.
The location is great. Easy walk to the beach and many nice restaurants and spots for a drink. Bed and pillows were clean and comfy. Breakfast was decent.
The room was large, but seemed dated for a fairly new hotel. Not a deal breaker as it was clean. We did have an issue with check in. We arrived at 3 vs the 4 pm check in. We were told our room was ready, but it would be a $30 surcharge. We walked up the street and enjoyed a beer and a snack at a local craft brewery instead for less than $30 as it was happy hour. Also they put a $200 damage security hold on my credit card without informing me. It ended up ok as it was just a hold - the issue was not being informed.

Parking is a bit tight.
Was in the perfect place for us after flying in to Edmonton. Sylvan Lake is a lovely town and the hotel is in walking distance of the lake and lots of nice places to eat. Beds were super comfortable and the view from our room was lovely.
Staff were a little lacklustre. Given key cards that didn’t work which after 20 hours of travelling was a trip back to the desk that we didn’t need. Hotel is a little tired. Curtains let way too much light in.
Great location, clean and comfortable. Great staff. We had a minor billing issue where we were overcharged, which happens. A quick phone call to the hotel and the staff took care of it promptly which impressed us further. We will definitely be back
