Great stay!
Pros:

The hotel itself is very clean and nice, our room was great and comfortable. The only downfall was the neighbors had loud music all night! Some people just don’t have the respect for others. It is not the hotels fault at all!

Expensive and disgusting
Pros:

The most expensive and the dirtiest room in the area. Don't let the facade fool you. I did not shower due to the stench of the water and lack of water pressure. I left a message on top of the fridge in room 200 for everyone since I doubt they will clean it.

What was wrong was when i pulled out the sofa bed it was disgusting the mattress was dirty. We couldn't even sleep on it. My kids had to sleep on the sofa. Hope these helps out.

Pros:

Our greeting and receptionist was very pleasant. Our room was very dusty and headboard to our bed was dirty. We had to wipe it clean ourselves. The bed and billows were semi comfortable. The lightbulb on one of the nightstand lamp was out. I called front desk to get a replacement bulb. They told me they would get me one but never did. Continental breakfast was goid.

The front desk help was fantastic! We stayed over Thanksgiving and he was very friendly and helpful in spite of working during on a holiday! Everyone was wonderful!
