Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The owner, Annoushka(?) was a ray of sunshine- cheerful and went above and beyond in making sure we were settled.
The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. We stayed in the top room across the square from the hotel. We had a lovely view of the square from our windows.

Total nette Aufenthalt in einem kleinen und sehr persönlichen Hotel mit super netten Personal
Pros:

Total nettes Personal. Das Hotel liegt an einem wunderschönen Platz mit mehreren Restaurants. Wirklich schöne Zimmer. Und ein gemütliches Restaurant.

Pros:

Grote kamer. Lieve en vriendelijke hostess. Alles is voorzien, van zeep tot waterkoker en nespresso machine. Met thee en koffie pads. En ook flesjes water die telkens werden aangevuld.mooi zicht op het plein. Super goede bedden. Ik had een 2 persoonsbed op het 2' verdiep. Je kan in en uitchecken online. Er is ook een supermarkt op +- 5 min stappen. En de bus of tram op +- 10min.

Cons:

Gevaarlijke trap. Niet te doen met kleine kinderen of oudere personen. Toch veel lawaai van het plein, dat vol terrasjes is. Zowel s´avonds bij mooi weer en s´morgens door de leveranciers. Met de ramen dicht gaat het wel beter. Ook ontbijt is niet van het hotel , maar een zelfstandige. Is ook prijselijk en apart te betalen.er zijn nog andere in de buurt, maar even prijzig naargelang je krijgt. Ook iets meer vervanging van beddengoed als je er minstens 1 week verblijft.

Pros:

Kamer was heerlijk, goed verzorgd en schoon. Wel op 3e verdieping, dus niet voor iedereen toegankelijk, maar fantastisch uitzicht over t prachtige Anna Paulowna plein en kamer heel comfortabel. Ontbijt werd niet door beheerder hotel gedaan, maar door restaurant Bayonne, wat eronder zit en hele gastvrije en gezellige Jorre maakte onze vakantie beleving extra leuk en het ontbijt in Bayonne was ook top.

Zeer basic kamers en slechte service.
Pros:

Locatie was perfect, al viel het uitzicht tegen.

Cons:

Oplader heb ik in mijn kamer laten liggen. Wordt zeer slecht op gehandeld. Naast dat er laat op mijn eerste berichtje is gereageerd, heb ik op mijn tweede berichtje geen reactie meer gekregen. Heb het gevoel dat ik niet serieus werd genomen. Verder waren de kussen veel te hard.

Hét hotel voor je city trip Den Haag
Pros:

Mooie kamers, gezellig hotel gelegen aan een nog gezelliger pleintje, uitstekend ontbijt, erg vriendelijk en kundig personeel

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Het enige kleine nadeel was de steile trap naar de kamers. Geen probleem voor ons, wel voor mensen die iets moeilijker stappen

Mooie ligging maar bed helaas niet goed

De ligging en de ruime en schone kamer. Het restaurant onder het hotel is ook erg fijn!

Cons:

Helaas was ons matras erg oncomfortabel, voor wat het kost mag dat toch wel echt veel beter. Uitchecken gaat online, dat is toch wel erg onpersoonlijk. De verlichting in de badkamer is slecht, evenals bij de grote spiegel in de slaapkamer.
