Pros:

Staff were lovely
Elevators were confusing and it seemed like it was overkill on security. Made it hard for the guests. We are only young blokes and could barely work the elevator. Elderly would have no chance at figuring it out.
Had to walk right round the building to get to my car.

Pros:

great location and good layout

Cons:

fridge was leaking water everywhere and a towel was shoved in it to stop it going on the floor, vanity leaked and had water every where and there was no shampoo in the container.
