Pros:

Room bed was dirty, floors not swept and dirty, around 20 broken A/C units lined up inside on hallway, dead cockroack in restroom. The A/C iin room would only work to turn on or off. The temp control did not work so it would get real cold in the night (59 degrees), then you needed to get up and turn off manually. Then it would get hot and so on and on.

A delightful stay out of the way in Freer, TX.
Pros:

Soft bed, big rooms, all the amenities and a friendly staff. My associate and I were passing thru on business and had a wonderful stay at the La Plaza. The free breakfast was great as well. Nearby gas, shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Plenty of parking.

Awesome customer service, owener of establishment was very friendly

Pros:

Upon walking into the room, the smell of mildew was extreme. As we are inspecting the room, there were leftovers in the fridge. I informed the attendant at the front desk and he immediately took care of it, which i highly appreciated! THE BEDS WERE EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, but then again there is nothing compared to your own. Overall our stay was Ok, just a few minor hiccups.
