Ein komfortables Hotel mit außergewöhnlicher Freundlichkeit
Pros:

Das Personal ist stets freundlich und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade auf ein Parkzimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet, das Frühstück lecker. Im Open-Keller kann jederzeit ein kostenloser Kaffee bzw. Obst genossen werden. Auch andere Getränke können käuflich erworben werden. Der Spa-Bereich mit kleinem Fitnessraum, Sauna und Dampfsauna ist modern und einladend gestaltet. 15 Minuten nach Ankündigung stehen die Saunen bereit. Sehr angenehm ist der freie Eintritt in die Albtherme während des Aufenthaltes.

Cons:

Eine größere Auswahl an Konfitüre zum Frühstück wäre gut.

Lovely hotel, well worth the visit.
Pros:

This is the second time we have visited. It is such a lovely hotel. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is amazing. You get free spa access at the Waldterme when you stay.

Cons:

There was an annoying noise from one of the adjacent rooms during the night. It sounded like the bathroom fan that never switched off.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and great thermal bath at 1.5km distance
Pros:

Very nice hotel, large rooms with great bathroom and free entry to the thermal bath (Albtherme) located around 1.5 km from the hotel itself. Easy parking in front of the hotel with 2 EV chargers.

Cons:

I'd flag 3 things:
- Juicer centrifuge in the breakfast area: there is really no need for this. It generates noise in the breakfast room when people would like to relax during breakfast and it distracts the staff who have to teach guests on how to operate the juicer. Suggestion: Remove the noisy juicers from the breakfast room and if you want, simply introduce a juice menu from which guests can choose from and prepare the juices in the kitchen = reduce noise levels and free up staff time. It's a win/win

- Bread table : nice and well prepared, but no need for it to be on the opposite side of the breakfast room. Move closer to actual breakfast and avoid having people wondering around the room for piece of bread for their salami or jam.

- Centralised minibar in the Open Keller : nice, but also unnecessary. I don't see the point of having to leave my room for a juice or beer for which I have then to fill in a paper to tell the hotel what I took. Effort and bureaucracy for nothing. A fridge in the room will do and is much simpler for everyone

Nicht ganz günstig aber sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr schöner SPA Bereich, Open Cellar top, Restaurants sind alle hervorragend und auch die Therme ist zu Fuss erreichbar - wirklich ein schöner Platz zum relaxen

Eigentlich nichts!

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Toll fanden wir die Möglichkeit Spiele auszuleihen und dass der Besuch der Albtherme inklusiv war. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man hatte eine tolle Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum aus in die Landschaft.

Wij komen zeker nog terug
Pros:

De kamer ( we kregen een upgrade), de vriendelijke bediening en de ligging ( direct aan een park en niet ver van de autosnelweg.
Ook zeer hond vriendelijk.

Cons:

de wijnen in de bistro zijn zeer hoog geprijsd.
Dit is wel jammer .

Pros:

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hat uns alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern und sehr sauber. Es gibt genug Stauraum und die Betten sind sehr bequem - nicht zu weich oder zu hart. Der kostenlose Aufenthalt in der Therme ist ein ganz besonderes Extra.

Pros:

Ich bin zum dritten Mal da und komme gerne wieder... rundum tolles Hotel mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal, einem hervorragenden Frühstück und absolut sauberer und gepflegter Anlage.. die enthaltenen Eintritte ,in die ebenso tolle Therme/Sauna in waldbronn sind das Tüpfelchen auf dem i :) hier kann man mit Mann, Freundin oder auch Geschwister eine tolle Auszeit verbringen.... lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch für mehrere Tage!
