Shower was temperamental and two single beds pushed together kept moving

Parking at Edgbaston Park across road was good, which was also a pleasant site,with nice bar and restaurant area. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Great value for money. Clean room and a great base for where we needed to be.
Being on the ground floor (room 1) next to the front door and communal area it was quite noisy with people coming in and chatting but it was quiet after midnight so not an issue for us but bare it in mind if you have little ones that need an earlier bed time.
Bathroom was a little dated and tired.

We were an unintentionally difficult table of four dinner guests, requesting different versions of the same dish and the restaurant staff were outstanding with their patience and positive attitude. Gold stars!
