Cons:

The room was awful, not cleaned properly. Cracked tiles, hairs , walls . Was really disappointing

Excellent all around
Pros:

I had booked in the Peter Scott house but it was being renovated so I was moved to Edgbaston conference Centre. It was So clean, very modern, comfortable beds, nice breakfast.

Decent value stay
Pros:

Conveniently located and easy to access with parking

Cons:

When housekeeping cleaned our room they should have replaced our used cups with clean ones and also on our second night the lift wasn't working so I had to carry heavy luggage down stairs which wasn't convenient.
