Tranquil and comfy, very conveniently placed on bus route from New Street.

Easy access to bus route and train line
Staff very helpful and efficient
Good breakfast
Ask about discount voucher for entry to Winterbourne Gardens over the road (a lovely oasis to spend time in)

Cons:

Shower was a little temperamental i.e. hot then cool, but powerful and easy enough to adjust. Tight squeeze between bed and desk chair.

Comfortable , clean and beautiful stay
Pros:

The room was on the ground floor which was perfect location and in walking distance to breakfast at the Edgbastion hotel . The room was incredibly clean and comfortable- it had everything you needed x staff were friendly and so helpful . The facilities are clean and it felt like I was on holiday !

Peter Scott house - excellent value and location.
Pros:

Peter Scott house is perfect for my needs IE easy access to the city and near to Winterbourne House. Breakfast in the hotel was very good with plenty of choice and friendly staff.

Cons:

Just slightly run down but still good. Could do with more care regarding refreshments in the room.
