neglected hotel - feels like a boarding house for students
Cons:

The hotel feels like a boarding house for international sports students. You have breakfast with them; they watch football until 1am in front of the rooms (with the hotel staff). Cleaning is an issue; we requested the hair to be removed from the previous guests twice, towels were stained, the bathroom smelled badly (no water trap at the sink—we bent the tube to create one), and closets were dusty inside. The last day there was no room service until late in the evening after 6pm "because many guests moved out that day". Tables at the breakfast room were not wiped for long, and other guests served themselves with their hands directly in the buffet. (After initial complaints, spoons were attributed to the buffet, and napkins were provided at the tables.) The request for clothing hangers remained unanswered after three days, although requested twice. - The place has a vibe of a hotel run by staff who either have no experience or motivation.

الفندق عبارة عن طابق واحد فقط (الدور الثالث)
والفندق صدمني وصدم عائلتي لانه قديم ومتهالك وليس مثل ماهو موجود في الصور
الغرف تعج برائحة الاكل لان المطعم (مطيعم مصغر) موجود بنفس الدور

بالاضافه الى رائحة التدخين
والدش ينقط تنقيط

ندمة اشد الندم اني حجزته

The hospitality is top notch
Pros:

The hospitality was great everyone was welcoming. The receptionist persons two men were are great and friendly very helpful . The place is silent , there is KFC which is open 24 hours attached to the hotel. Also there is mega supermarket 1min walk from hotel which you get anything you want. Also 10 to 15mins drive by taxi to reach Nizami street

Cons:

I only want the management to prove more to breakfast, but the works work in the kitchen are great very helpful people.
