Pros:

Lokacija je dobra i osoblje ljubazno, to sto je bilo servirano za dorucak je bilo ukusno

Cons:

Hotel je star, nije dovoljno cist, dorucak se servira u nekom kao holu, bas je potrebno renoviranje i sredjivanje da bi bilo prihvatljivo, ovako slike ne odgovaraju stvatnom stanju.

Not too central but a lovely place to stay .
Pros:

Lovely staff , Big room

Cons:

They didn’t clean the room, but were told we should have put the clean room sign up . After travelling for over 40 years in a job where we travel I have never had to do this, but telling us would have also worked . The staff were however lovely.

Очень понравилось расположение отеля, доброжелательный и вежливый персонал, особенно Саид на ресепшене , очень приятный парень, всё понятно объяснил, рассказал )) чистота в номере. Хороший завтрак.

Kahvaltısı oldukça çeşitliydi.

Cons:

Bina tamamen otelmiş gibi gözüküyor aslında ama binanın bir katı otel ve ortak alan. Odalar çok eskiydi. Tuvalette bir böcek bile vardı. Sıvı sabun kullanılmış ve bitmişti.

С 18.03 по 23.03.26г мы поселились в Smith hotel. Находится в центре, от аэропорта 30мин, может меньше. Персонал отзывчивый, приветливый, на русском разговаривают. Когда говоришь что ты из Казахстана 🇰🇿👌. Завтрак входит в сумму проживания. Девушки на кухни , классные. Парни админы, особенно Самит , русско - говорящий, подсказывал куда пойти, где экскурсии хорошие, такси заказывал. В общем нам с мужем отель и персонал понравился!! Честно советую. Все чисто!

Отличный отель. Нам все очень понравилось. Весь персонал очень отзывчивый. Особенный привет Зульфие ханум за теплый прием и гостеприимство, Ламие ханум за вкусные завтраки. Надеемся еще не раз вернемся)

Персонал был очень приветливым и радушным — сразу создается ощущение, что тебе действительно рады.
В стоимость проживания включены завтраки: можно выбрать яичницу или омлет, есть сыр, чай или кофе, а также небольшой шведский стол. Это очень удобно, особенно когда путешествуешь и не хочется с утра искать, где поесть.
Отдельный плюс — удобное расположение гостиницы, недалеко от метро, что сильно упрощает передвижение по городу.
В целом впечатление осталось отличное, с удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова.

Very good, would recommend, great price.
Pros:

Location amazing. Staff very helpful, Sofia amazing and would go above and beyond, Umud the guy on reception also amazing, the bolt taxi could not accept 50 manat as he didn’t have change so Umud paid for us until we had change. All the hotel staff very polite and the maids. A credit to the hotel.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great location close to metro, sights, football stadium and shopping.
Staff spoke great English and were very helpful. Plenty of variety at breakfast, would 100% recommend.

Я в Баку не первые, останавливались во многих отелях в городе но если сравнить с другими отелями честно сказать был удивлён, чистотой, обслуживание, персонал., завтрак всё было супер. Особенно хочу поблагодарить Зулфия ханым за тёплые отношение. СПАСИБО ОГРОМНОЕ.

The guy at the reception asked to write a review on booking and it should be 10 while they check the room after our stay.
This is not acceptable!!!

The bathroom smelled bad and was covered in mold.
There was no working bedside lamp.
