Pros:

L'emplacement au top, dans le centre à 50m de la cathédrale et très proche du port.
Les bonbons mis à disposition et un gâteau différent tous les matins pour bien commencer la journée.

Cons:

Pour les pointilleux il y a quelques déjections d'oiseau dans la cour intérieure au logement que nous avions. Mais c'est nettoyé tous les jours.

Estupendo alojamiento en el centro de Ciutadella

La atención estupenda. La habitación muy amplia en el propio casco histórico. Cama cómoda. Baño amplio. Muy recomendable. Cerca de bares y restaurantes.

Pleasant, charming, and well kept hotel in a wonderful area.
Pros:

We felt so comfortable at this charming hotel. Everything is cared for personally. It’s very clean and the staff is welcoming.
We also loved the location, just steps away from the Cathedral, shops and cafes.

Hotel parfaitement bien placé dans le centre historique de Ciutadella, belles chambres très bien décorées. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, meme si c'était très court (une seule nuit).

Lovely boutique hotel close to the centre
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, responsive and friendly. Although I did not get to meet Natalia, she was in touch several times to make sure my stay was comfortable and always available if I had any questions. Location is excellent, close to grocery shops, restaurants and cafes but as its on a side street, the room was quiet. Less than a 10 minute walk to the bus station to get to a number of beaches. I even found an umbrella hanging outside my door one morning on a day there was heavy rain .... nice touch.

Cons:

Maybe a couple of plates and knives and forks if guests wish to have the occasional meal at the hotel

La posizione centralissima, la cura nei dettagli di tutta la struttura, le dimensioni generose della stanza (alloggiavamo nella suite Arena) e specialmente della doccia, l’accesso tramite codice molto semplice e comodo!

Muy buena opción en Ciutadella
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, junto a la Catedral y en pleno centro de Ciutadella; a pesar de estar tan céntrico era una calle súper tranquila y con apenas ruidos.
La habitación tenía todo lo necesario, incluida nevera/minibar; el baño tenía todas las comodidades. La limpieza fue excelente durante toda la estancia y además nos ofrecieron sombrilla y toallas para la playa.

Cons:

La única pega es que en nuestra habitación había mucha humedad, tenía instalado un deshumidificador que ayudaba a mejorar la sensación pero no conseguía quitar la sensación por completo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Natalia et son équipe Cheap & Chic.
L'emplacement au sein de Cuitadella old town est parfait. Nous avons fort apprécié le confort de l'hôtel et les équipements. La propreté est vraiment irréprochable, Merci à Mayca pour cela. Mention spéciale pour la petite douceur que l'équipe met à disposition des clients chaque matin et pour Natalia qui était disponible et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Je ne peux que recommander !
