Propreté laissant à désirer, beaucoup de bruit notamment en bas de l’immeuble (vitrage simple)!

Old, outdated, over used. Night staff sleeping, i was alone and I was given the price of a double room reason why I preferred to book with Bookings. I was obliged to let them copy my passport otherwise they would not let me in. Reception arrogant and incompetent. Good Breakfast, gentle server ladies.
The pretension that it is a chick place. Doors lockers broken, I had to sleep with the terrace door open and it is common with other rooms
The location of the hotel in middle of all amenities including restaurants,supermarkets. The staff are incredible helpful and the breakfast is top nocth.I even managed to watch Carnaval from my balcony👏. I appreciated how they managed to get me a room even if was full booked because of the carnaval.

Cape-Verdean owned 3* hotel is nothing like European 3* hotel. It's like a travel back to the 90s. The place needs urgent renovations. The floors are dirty. The walls are dirty. The reception staff doesn't know basic math. The breakfast is really basic. No elevator. Cigarettes smell in the room.
The old building the hotel is in is charming - but be aware: no elevator. The balcony overlooked a park (which I liked) and the harbor. The hotel is very centrally located. A super market right across the street. Staff were very friendly and helped me by ordering a taxi. Mini fridge and AC in the room. Wifi in the room was better than the single bar suggested.
The room and its contents were a little run down. The bed wasn’t too comfortable.
Very centric, 50 meters away from vibrant and good restaurant/bars (O cocktail), useful when you come home at night after 4 capirinas. Friendly and helpful staff. 10 minutes walking from the large, white sanded and clean Laghina beach. You can order a taxi to the airport for 10 euros. Big breakfast buffet.
It has the inconvenience of its advantage: proximity with a vibrant street with concerts and people partying in the street ;) So ask for higher floors.

Excellent location -- on the Marine area, yet away from the Main road separated by a park. Perfect for the Carnival watching -- it passes from the street on which it is situated. They have a good restaurant and, since its near the centre there are plenty of choices.
That when you arrive the first day, there is no complimentary water to drink. Especially, if you arrive late in the evening. Its inconvenient to go looking for drinking water. and they sell it three times the price of the market.
