Nulla di speciale per un 4 stelle, non ci ritornerei. Rapporto qualità-prezzo non apprezzabile.

Hotel con una buona posizione in zona Trastevere. Struttura pulita e accogliente, staff gentile e colazione buona - mi sono piaciuti specialmente i loro prodotti da forno. Piccola chicca, l’originale orto botanico al roof top.

Cons:

Spropositato il prezzo richiesto per la SPA. Tenuto conto che abbiamo pagato 190 euro in due per una notte con colazione inclusa, trovo assurdo che ci abbiano proposto la SPA ad uno esclusivo di UN’ORA per 138 euro in due. Abbiamo deciso di non usufruirne.
Inoltre, al momento del check out, ci hanno fatto pagare 10 euro di extra: era il prezzo 2 spremute (alla modica cifra di 5 euro l’una) che a loro dire sarebbero state escluse dalla colazione. Ovviamente nessuno ce l’aveva detto.
Da un 4 stelle, e per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, mi sarei aspettata un trattamento migliore.

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña,pero las comodidades que tenían suplía con creces este inconveniente .
Aunque no es céntrico, tiene en la misma puerta autobuses.No son necesarios en 15 minutos andando accedes al centro y empiezas a disfrutar de Roma.

Trevlig personal både i receptionen, i frukostbuffén och i baren. Bra område med trevliga barer på gångavstånd. Takterrassen var bra men baren var inte öppen pga lågsäsong.

Cons:

Frukostbuffén var inte så stor och inte så många brödsorter att välja på men det som fanns var bra.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

My partner and I had a lovely 4 days in Rome and the Trilissa Palace Hotel was just perfect for our stay. Bonus for having a sushi restaurant right next door where we ate every evening. The Spa's at the hotel were gorgeous, we booked 2 different ones whilst we were there. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. Wonderful helpful staff who went out there way. Would def return and highly recommend.

Agréable séjour au Trilussa !
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Trilussa Palace. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec accès exclusif au spa : nous disposions chaque jour d’un créneau d’une heure en duo, et c’était vraiment agréable de pouvoir aller se détendre après une journée de balade.

Le personnel est très conciliant et à l’écoute. Il est très réactif à chaque demande. Nous avions demandé un late check-out car mon conjoint était malade, et ils nous ont gentiment permis de garder la chambre sans frais supplémentaires.

De plus l'hôtel et les chambres sont agréables, nous avons la possibilité de choisir le confort de notre litterie ce qui n'est pas négligeable.

Cons:

Ce que nous avons le moins apprécié, c’est le petit-déjeuner : très peu de choix, beaucoup de fromages et de charcuteries, gateaux, pattiseries... et un manque de légumes et de fruits, oeufs etc. Nous l'avons pris qu’une seule fois, puis nous avons demandé un remboursement ce qui a été accepté par l'hotel.
