It was really nice and the hotels were clean, Bilal and Ali were the best. Bilal always said hello (in our language Finnish) and tried too learn a little Finnish while we were there and always had a smile on his face absolutely a sweetheart! Ali is a good bartender and it was really a fun experience! - Elin and Berg (favourite people)

It was a very lovely stay the staff was incredible as always definitely not the last time we stay on this hotel very quiet at the night very central in Alanya but still very quiet

Best hotel first time solo and it was perfect room was always clean very comfortable bed ,pools were great just the relaxation I needed, the food was beautiful so fresh and plenty for everyone it was perfect 😍 And mostly the staff were brilliant not once did I feel alone or not have anyone to say hi to everyone kept checking in on me and they all do an amazing job ❤️❤️❤️I would most definitely come back felt like home 🥰🥰🥰

Hotel is very good. Aykan is the best good service from him and good activities. Nice guy too. Breakfast is good and nice cocktails

Hotel was far from beach. Personels was good. Especially chef Ayse from housekeepers she was very friendly and helpfull.

Very Nice staff, good all inclusive formule with possibility to order menu for the kids, personal plezant vibe between staff and cliënts, the hotel is not too big or crowdy , de not like some other all in hotels

Great family friendly hotel. Good quality rooms, great location and really helpful, friendly staff.
We spent a great week here. We chose to go B&B and chose the hotel as it is placed centrally in the town- 20 minutes walk to the port area and 15 minutes walk to the bus station bazaar. We had some great meals out.
Breakfast choices in the hotel were good, although buying other food and drinks was not cheap. Good level of activities and nice slide pool, but there is no regular 'kids club' as was advertised by Jet2.
Overall, a real good Family holiday destination.

Brilliant weeks stay at Sunpark Garden. The rooms are immaculate and we upgraded to all inclusive while staying due to convenience and the food was amazing. Bilal always gave us amazing service, thank you!

The pools were fantastic we hardly left the hotel due to having such a lovely time and having everything we needed right here.

A special thank you to Zehra from the animation team. She made the kids stay unforgettable. They loved spending time in the kids club with Zehra doing puzzles and games and crafts and had lots of fun at the mini disco every evening! Zehra went above and beyond to ensure the kids were having a great time! A big thank you from Nylah and Reuben!

On arrival, the staff were cheerful, very helpful, and efficient; I was in my room within five minutes. The food has been some of the best I've had in a hotel. The catering staff really know what they are doing; I have never seen as many smiles, mainly from Gülizar. I will be coming back to this hotel; it was so relaxing.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ese and Zehra at Sunpark Garden for creating such fun and engaging kids' activities! My kids absolutely loved it. And a massive thank you to Ayse, our housekeeper, for keeping our room spotless. Your attention to detail was amazing

We like very much everything, food, staff, pools etc. Familyroom eas nice and clean. Location is very nice, short walking to everywhere.
