Le prix du logement est bon.
En général les chambres sont propres.
L'hotel est bien placé géographiquement (surtout pour moi qui étudie juste à coté : à l'Icam).
Le petit Déjeuner est complet et bon.

Cons:

PAS DE CLIM !! J'y suis allé lors de la canicule : 35°C dehors et une chaleur inssuportable toute la nuit....Vraiment je n'ai pas pu bien dormir à cause de ça (malgré le confort des lits)
A chaque fois que j'ai viens il est très compliqué de sortir de la facture (paiements à corriger, reste à charge alors que j'ai déjà tout réglé...)

Un peu de stresse à notre arrivée mais vite résolu et passé une très bonne nuit

Nous avons été surpris que notre réservation n’à pas été prise en compte par l’hôtel sur le nombre de personnes et le nombre de chambres ’nous n’avions qu’une chambre pour 7 personnes ’ l’hôtel à du nous attribuer trois autres chambres à notre arrivée ’ il y a du avoir une incompréhension entre l’hôtel et booking.com.l’hôtel à reconnue sans problème une erreur ce qui peut arriver et nous a aussitôt attribué des chambres supplémentaires le personnel à été très réactif à ce problème heureusement l’hôtel n’etais pas complet. on peut tous faire des erreurs mais ils ont très bien gérer!!!bravo pour cela

Pas mal mais peut mieux faire
Pros:

Très bon service et bon accueil

Cons:

La salle de bain
Impossible de prendre un bain ( avec une baignoire incluse )manque le bouchon ou enlever exprès pour économiser l eau
La douche mal fixe
Petit déjeuner
Le 1er jour il manque pas mal de produit par rapport aux jours suivant ou on y trouve un petit déjeuner copieux
