Un peu de stresse à notre arrivée mais vite résolu et passé une très bonne nuit

Literie impeccable chambre bien conçue et personnel réactif et aimable

Nous avons été surpris que notre réservation n’à pas été prise en compte par l’hôtel sur le nombre de personnes et le nombre de chambres ’nous n’avions qu’une chambre pour 7 personnes ’ l’hôtel à du nous attribuer trois autres chambres à notre arrivée ’ il y a du avoir une incompréhension entre l’hôtel et booking.com.l’hôtel à reconnue sans problème une erreur ce qui peut arriver et nous a aussitôt attribué des chambres supplémentaires le personnel à été très réactif à ce problème heureusement l’hôtel n’etais pas complet. on peut tous faire des erreurs mais ils ont très bien gérer!!!bravo pour cela

Pros:

Très bon service et bon accueil

Cons:

La salle de bain
Impossible de prendre un bain ( avec une baignoire incluse )manque le bouchon ou enlever exprès pour économiser l eau
La douche mal fixe
Petit déjeuner
Le 1er jour il manque pas mal de produit par rapport aux jours suivant ou on y trouve un petit déjeuner copieux

Voordelig hotel, maar daardoor wellicht weinig comfortabel.
Pros:

Rustige locatie met eigen parkeergelegenheid. Normaal Frans ontbijt zoals je kunt verwachten bij deze prijsklasse. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles keurig schoon.

Cons:

Geen airconditioning, waardoor kamer erg warm. Bed was voor mij niet erg comfortabel, matras was erg ingezakt en leek mij aan vervanging toe. Wel internet aanwezig, maar heel erg traag.

le petit déjeuner était correct, par contre si on déjeune tard il n'y a plus grand chose, il faudrait refaire un réassort

Ma sœur avait réservé en Mars une chambre familiale et à notre arrivée complet plus de chambres alors qu'elle avait réservée. Preuve mail paiement. Des chambres particulières ont été trouvées mais le principe inacceptable ! Pour quoi réservé 😡
