It did the job, for a weekend celebrating a friend's birthday.
Pros:

Locationi nefessitated transport from town centre. Fortunately I had friends attending the same event and staying at the same hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

La prestation a fait le job !
Pros:

Emplacement pratique pour le projet mais loin du centre de Nantes.
Petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix total.
SDB propre et fonctionnelle

Cons:

Insonorisation limitée : j'ai entendu le voisin se lever à 6h (portes de communication obligent)
Lors de l'arrivée il m'est demande de payer 3€ incluant le parking.
J'explique que je suis venu à pied et règle donc 1€ et quelques par CB sur place (taxe de séjour j'imagine)
Le lendemain matin nouvelle relance pour 3€ et quelques, incluant le parking (sic)
Sans doute un pb de comptabilité...

inacceptable
Cons:

une invasion de fourmis occupait dans la chambre , on ne nous a pas proposé de chambre de remplacement , ni personne a cru bon de nettoyer la chambre. nous avons du nous même procéder à de la vaporisation de produits anti-fourmis.
