Very nice stay in a great location. It was a bit expensive, but it's summer in Martha's Vineyard

Lovely stay. Would return without question.
Pros:

Perfect location! Luggage lockers are brilliant. Allowed us to tour Oak Bluffs prior to check-in and after checkout without being burdened with bags.

Cons:

Rooms and bath are a bit tight. Main building doesn’t have an elevator, which might be a problem for obese, elderly and/or disabled.

The property is pleasant, has few amenities, the staff is very nice, but the manager is unpleasant.
Pros:

The location was excellent, right across from the marina. The lobby was bright and cheery. The day and evening front desk staff were all very pleasant and sought to be accommodating.

Cons:

The experience of dealing with the general manager—a very negative attitude, absolutely no indication of her wanting to be accommodating or caring if we returned. She didn’t seem to realize that there’s a way to say ‘no’ to a request without making your guest feel unvalued.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Coffee didn’t appear in reception until 6am despite staff being there 24 hours. No fridge in the room but there was a cabinet specifically designed to house one. Extremely noisy air con unit that disturbed sleep so had to be turned off making nights unpleasant

Awesome stay, they have made so many upgrades to this property.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, close to the beach and had all the ammenities. I loved how how they kept the island charm, historical era appointments and had modern finishing touches in the room.

Cons:

I wish we had more shelf space in the bathroom. I know they can install an elevator but... their staff was so helpful with offering to take the bags upstairs. Other than that I was satisfied.
