Pros:

It was fairly clean and quiet and close to historic downtown Guadalajara.

Cons:

There were a few significant issues. The first was the toilet wasn't flushing very well and this was somewhat stressful. We were able to use the garage bathroom, but it wasn't very convenient since we had to ask the receptionist for the key. The second was there were heavy rains and water leaked noticeably into the room from the bathroom ceiling and through the window which pooled up on the floor. Fortunately we noticed it early enough that it didn't cause much of problem. The janitor was very receptive, apologetic and helpful. We were placed in another room for our last night. Also the interior of the building is rather warm, but the rooms come with AC.

if you are looking for a budget place to stay with a parking lot then this is the right place.
Pros:

i like the location, nice room, very clean. parking lot is safe, they had a security guard at the gate at night. Makes you feel safe.

Cons:

i could´n have breakfast, slow service, only one waiter, too many people, not enough sitting. Never use my breakfast options.

Pros:

It has enough space for a single traveler to enjoy the stay, the breakfast was very nice prepared and the staff was very kind.

Cons:

The locking door system, I didn’t felt very safe when going outside by just clicking a button to lock the door from the inside, also the bathroom door don’t close properly so i had to keep the door open.

Pros:

Good price for the breakfast.

Cons:

1. It was annoying having to be presenting my ID and leave a cash deposit to get an iron. I was already checked in, and the hotel had my credit card information.

2. The breakfast took long for the food to be served. My family was the 1st one in the restaurant.
